I had never used or heard of this company before. But saw they had good reviews, so I ordered some cosmetics from them. Everything came on time, packaged well, as ordered, pictured and described. Can't fault them. So I would definitely use them again.

Bad service
I have ordered a setting spray which I never got. I talked to someone who said they would refund me and I never got one. I then texted again and there was either no response or they ignored me. Not impressed. I got a refund a couple of weeks ago now but it took them since the 26th of December to around January the 15th.
