Outstanding customer service and top notch preserved railway with beautiful scenic train ride. As a train anorak I was photographing a train at Bishops Lydeard station. The lens cap from the Canon found it's way to between the platform and train which was departing in a few minutes. I was travelling so could not retrieve it myself. The signaller offered to collect the lens cap after the train had departed. I collected the lens cap from the signal box on my return to BL.
