Westbere Garage have been doing my annual MOT and service for the last three years. They're friendly, helpful, and their pricing is competitive. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else now.

The team at Westbere are responsive, helpful and friendly. They often go the extra mile, collecting and dropping off my car, on occasion sending it back cleaned and valeted. I have found them to be reasonably priced and they have always successfully completed the work I have needed.

I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. I rang them around lunchtime on Monday and explained what was wrong with my car and they offered to come and collect from me and diagnose. They arrived within the hour to collect and 20mins later called to tell me what was wrong. The guy then asked if i wanted to go ahead with the work which obviously being a woman who needs to get to work everyday i said yes. I was very shocked to realise that they could do the work there and then needless to say i was not expecting it as all other garages could not fit me in until October.
From start to finish it took less than 6 hrs to collect, diagnose, complete and return. All the guys i dealt with at the garage were very helpful and friendly. And the cost was very reasonable.

Westbare Garage - Disappointing Experience

I recently brought my car to Westbare Garage, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. First, the customer service was lacking—there was minimal communication, and I had to chase them for updates on my vehicle’s status. They initially gave me a time estimate that they completely missed, which caused significant inconvenience.

As for the actual repair, I was disappointed with the quality of the work. Not only did the issue persist after I picked up my car, but I also noticed that they had overcharged for parts and labor compared to other local shops. When I tried to discuss the problem, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful.

I expected much better service and attention to detail from a professional garage. I won’t be returning to Westbare Garage and would not recommend it to others.

First time using these guys today for my MOT and service and they were fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and my car got collected and brought back and even cleaned for me inside and out which was lovely. Reasonable priced and I will be returning year after year! Thanks guys.

They help me fix my car in days before my car was fixed they gave me another car to drive

Spoken to the garage due to having a complex problem with the my Fiat 500L and other garages were turning me away. Westbere garage took the car on with out any issue and has not only done all the work to a fantastic standard but have also kept me updated and always been there when iv had a question to ask. I can’t not fault the team at this garage and will be forever grateful for getting my car back up on the road when no one else would! Thank you.

I recently had my car serviced at Westbere Garage to resolve a head gasket issue and replace the cylinder head. Overall, my experience has been positive, although not without a few hiccups along the way.

Additionally, they offered a drop-off service a few times, and even arranged to pick me up when my car was ready for collection—these services were incredibly convenient and much appreciated.

During the repair process, the garage encountered some niggles, such as a hole in the coolant tank. However, they promptly resolved these issues once they were brought to their attention. In the case of the coolant tank, which turned out to be a manufacturer defect, the replacement was done swiftly in just a few hours.

One notable perk was the complimentary valet service they provided. Having my car returned to me in pristine condition was a nice touch and demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.

While there were a few setbacks, Westbere Garage handled each issue professionally and efficiently. Their willingness to go the extra mile with services like the courtesy car, drop-offs, and free valeting certainly made the overall experience much smoother. I would recommend Westbere Garage for their competent and attentive service, with the assurance that they will address any concerns that arise during the repair process.

These guys go above and beyond to provide a great service. They are very friendly. I get very anxious getting anything on my car done because of past experiences but I felt very comfortable with these guys. Would recommend

I took my car to get an MOT, the staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, they had my MOT done quickly and efficiently and when it failed they helped me understand why and on what, the repairs were then carried out in a timely manner and good value for money. Highly recommend.
