Absolutely awful experience.

Absolutely awful experience.

Ordered an item that had a spec of one description, another item arrived with a different spec, much worse spec.

Been 2 weeks since order still no refund.

PC Builders, Tech companies, businesses - AVOID THIS DISTRIBUTOR.

Extremely disappointing experience.

It’s hard to understand how a distributor of Westcoast’s size is still using Primeline as a logistics partner. Tracking is either unavailable or unreliable, and contacting anyone for meaningful updates is nearly impossible. This leaves resellers stuck in the middle, dealing with frustrated end customers for issues entirely outside our control.

In 2026, basic shipment tracking and accountability shouldn’t be optional. Saving a few pennies on logistics while creating repeated delays and hassle for partners makes no sense.

Judging by other reviews, this doesn’t appear to be an isolated incident.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, trying to order stock for my business was given ETA's for arrival of stock, stock never turned up & was given new dates, when told them their customer service was rubbish, they didn't even ave decency to say sorry for delays, I have lost orders because of their lack of communication with their customers.

Would not recommend!

Ordered a Ring item through blue light card. Item arrived with the security seal already broken. Requested a refund and having received the item, they are now saying they have a temporary technical issue and want my bank details for the refund. Also saying they cannot confirm any timeline for refund if I wait. Very poor service.

Awful Company

We have been a customer of Westcoast for many, many years.
When things go right, everything ok.
When things go wrong, faulty items, non deliveries, late deliveries, trying to get a refund (the list goes on) its an absolute nightmare.
Customer service department is shocking.
Nobody is interested and to try and speak to someone is almost impossible.
Goodbye Westcoast.

AVOID scammers

Made an order for Ring cameras after finding the company on the blue light discount site. When it arrived, realised it wasn't what we needed so did a return of EXACTLY what was sent to us exactly as it arrived, pristine and unopened. They emailed a few words to say the sr number on the box didn't match the item - that's not our issue, it's what they sent to us. Total scam and raising a dispute to get our money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Company illegally holding our funds

This company sent duplicate orders to our customers by their own admitted fault. The are now holding our money to pay for these duplicates. They have been holding our money illegally for 16 days for orders we did not place. They refused to send any orders out to further customers unless we payed them for orders we did not place. This has also caused our company to get negative reviews. Legal action is our next step. Avoid at all costs.

I would advise anyone not to get a job…

I would advise anyone not to get a job here, they treat there staff like utter shit, they try to make them self's look fancy with different hi vi's jackets but the place to a mess, there's more team leaders supervisors and managers than you can count lol, what a waste of money because half of them ain't got a clue, the management are unprofessional by talking to the workers about things that shouldn't be spoke about..not a nice place to work stay well clear

Unreliable Service

What a unreliable service.

I have been a software customer of WestCoast for years now and today i tried to buy some of there hardware. Despite being a customer i had to jump trough several hoops to just buy a single laptop, with cash. not on account or anything like that.

Despite my concerns on getting this delivered on-time (it was for an emergency), they assured me it will be done on time without problem.

I done the paperwork quickly and rushed everything trough, just to be help up with their internal system called "i cant speak to another department". Eventually I got permission to buy from them.

They were very quick to take my money. really fast to do that.

So 5 min before 5pm, i got a call from them to stay that they are not going to deliver it.

Utter shambles, and I made commitments on their promises.
