Personalization is awful. If you do this they will not refund. Gloves were too small. Wasted $80.

Mixed review honestly (in my opinion).... We have purchased several gloves from West Coast and most are well built and worth the money...even when using on artificial surfaces.
The product isn't the problem, so I would say 4 Stars on the product, but REALLY disappointed in the service. With all the gloves we ordered, we managed to accumulate enough rewards for $20 off our next purchase, but problem is they wouldn't allow us to use that with the advertised discount currently going on for the KONA Pure (all white). Come on! That's kinda shady and deceiving...if it's the number 1 North American outfitter, is the extra $15 off going really kill the bottom line!!!
Really a bummer...in my opinion.

Stay away from this company. Their gloves are cheap and they will lie and tell you they replace ones damaged in first month.

Many other places to get much better product and WAY better customer service.

This glove has anot excellent grip and a solid body, they feel great on the hand. In my experience the durability is very good. Another positive is the quality of the finger saves, not to stiff not to flimsy. Overall great glove.

I contacted customer service after 4 days from receiving the gloves. I ingormed them that I wanted to return the product as they had worn way too much on just the first use. Agent asked for pics, I told him I would get some and upload, his response, it really doesn't matter because we will not refund due to wear and tear. I explained to rep that they had extremely worn, not common, his response was, these gloves are used by professional and can experience wear when used by inexperienced goal keepers. I considered this rude and misleading.

The gloves are very durable and they are great. I bought them for practice gloves but I ended up using them in games due to the high quality.

From their products to their customer service, West Coast Goalkeeping is pure excellence. In the several years that I have been ordering products from them, I have not had one problem with a product and have had excellent customer service. I will be a lifetime customer and look forward to continued excellent products and excellent service.

I purchased two pairs of the Quantum Hero gloves along with the glove wash after being suggested to the site by a fellow goalkeeper. I have to say these gloves solve a lot of problems my older gloves had. They have a very tight fit, the grip works incredible, and they hold up very well even on a turf surface. I was able to purchase two pairs for the price I normally pay for one pair of gloves. I highly suggest every keeper purchase at least one pair to try them out.

I was disappointed with the pair of gloves because I heard such great things about them. I play in a soccer league where they take very powerful shots and a lot of them I can stop. Since theses gloves I have jammed my fingers three times in these gloves. The finger saves could not keep up and worked very poorly one of them broke actually.

Overall they give great service with quick delivering. As you would expect great quality gloves very resistant and durable. Also with great grip on the glove and securing with the finger saves. Perfect for mostly any weather , i would definitely recommend this brand to all my friends.

Gloves arrived 4 days after ordering, but as they are a present I can't testify as to how good they are but if they are only half as good as the customer service and the website then I will be very pleased

I was able to get to the website, order gift card(s), pay and have them shipped within 5-6 minutes. EASY!! AND, the grandkids get to choose exactly what they want from the quality products available. Thank you!

Purchased some kepper gloves and forgot the wash. The staff worked with me and didn't have to pay two shipping cost. They are great there and got my purchase very quickly.

Regardless of their price, my Vyper gloves are great. Then factor in how little they cost to buy and it has to be one of the best values on the market. I bought these on a whim and now I no longer have any interest in buying gloves from Reusch and others. Great gloves, insane price.

This is a great company for Goalie gloves. These are the only gloves that I use any more. Great quality at a great price!

We go through a lot of GK gloves around here and have struggled to find the best combination of quality, durability, material, fit and cost. We found that with these gloves. Love the comfort. Love the palms. They look good. They fit (the hand and the budget). They last. They work.
