Came to my house and explained everything in layman’s terms and highlighted things that I’d never thought of very pleased with the way it was conducted

Very professional and friendly at the same time.

Communication quick and queries answered speedily.. I have given 4 stars, which is a bit harsh, mainly because of problems with the wrong attachments sent to me. However the speedy communication helped to keep things moving. I did receive a fulsome apology and an explanation which has caused me to look again at my review.

Both myself & my wife are elderly ( wife 88 ) ( me 91 ) and not very used to filling in forms etc , but West Country Estates were extremely helpful and made it fairly easy to complete . Hopefully everything will be alright when we have both passed away.

They delivered the service they offered-promt and very high quality.The solicitor Victor was impressive and the support staff were outstanding.
A rare experience these days.!!

I just want to say that if you are like me and has no idea in what is involved in getting a will then phone these guys and ask for victor the guys knowledge is incredible and he has the patience of a saint he explained everything in great detail nothing was to much trouble I am very happy and impressed brilliant service I would recommend highly try these guys first

The communication was very good. Had an appt made to visit at home. Then met a lovely young man Victor who was very knowledgeable and has taken away everything ready to get our will and POAs all done.
