Beware of this seller - dodgy MOTs!

Beware of this seller - dodgy MOTs! I put down a deposit on a Citroen Berlingo a while ago, based on the fact that the vehicle had passed its MOT the week before. When my mechanic went to inspect the car he found a number of issues that should have passed an MOT, hence the certificate was not valid and the vehicle was unsafe to drive.
The seller has refused to give me my deposit back and has messed me around for weeks. I strongly advise anyone to NOT deal with this company.
