Very efficient service given by Hygienist and Dentist.

Westend practice are a good Dentist,specially if you've never been seen by a Dentist for many yrs they don't judge you, they are caring n speak to you in a nice calm manner put you at ease,I'd recommend them to my family n friends.

I have just completed for the second time a course of treatment to have new dental implants. What amazing service! From Dr M Gibson who carried out the surgery element to the treatment, with precision and care, who then works with Dr S Bagdasarian who completes the all important cosmetic part of the process to ensure that your new teeth are the right shade and align correctly. Both are excellent listeners and communicators so that all elements of the process are both explored and explained to you. Plus they both have a gentle sense of humour which is always appreciated by myself. The surgery staff have yet again being very accommodating around my lifestyle so I am delighted that I now have ‘teeth’ and can continue to enjoy my favourite foods, as well as a significant improvement in the cosmetic element of my smile.

These guys are honestly amazing the reception ladies are so kind and lovely and the dentists are like artists!! I needed a filling in my front tooth, I look in the mirror now and you wouldn’t even be able to tell there was a hole there it looks so good

The procedure was explained to me before to make me comfortable and i was told what was happening as we went along, which made me more confident about having it done.

The usual excellent hygienist appointment. Meticulously cleaned and useful comments to enable me to look after my teeth better

I wasn't looking forward to the treatment but all the staff were friendly and relaxed and the dentist was so careful and considerate making the whole experience much better than I'd expected. Many thanks to them all at West End Colwyn Bay.

I had a truly positive experience the dentist Sam Gowan explained everything as he completed the treatment and put me at ease. My two visits re treatment was straight forward not rushed and very relaxing ( use to be petrified) any questions were answered and professional guidance given .highly recommend.
