Yesterday I was treated by a lady dentist whom I have not seen before . I had a yearly general checkup. Being an extremely nervous patient. She immediately put me at ease was extremely thorough and explained everything. It was late in the day but I never felt rushed.. I would highly recommend

An excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease.

Dr Khamar was all of the above and explained everything to me at each stage of the treatment.

Every member of staff at the Porthmadog Surgery are extrenely Competent,Caring,Cheerful, and Helpful. Thank You.

Very friendly and very professional

I booked an appointment earlier today for 08:15 am, but I arrived at 07:57 am and the building was still closed. No one was there, and I looked at their operating hours, which surprisingly opened at 09:00 am. It seems there was a scheduling conflict.

Despite the rain, I managed to get back at 08:15 am and tried for the second time. A lovely lady welcomed me, checked my appointment and let me sit in the living room to wait. I asked about the scheduling conflict, and she explained that it sometimes happens if there’s an early surgery procedure.

I figured I wasn’t for surgery, so this was my first initial assessment. I waited for another few minutes until it was almost half an hour to 9 am—that was dreadful, killing my time. So, I decided to leave. When I was in the front door, some staff arrived. I informed them about the situation, but she felt sorry and I said goodbye, not looking forward to any future appointments with this dental. It was not amazing experienced with this west end dental - indeed they are truly wasted my time; they treat people annoyingly with disrespect and poor time management.

Saw the dental hygenist at this appointment.
The whole team are friendly and professional.
