A new dentist this time that took time to explain my previous treatments and ongoing suggestions for further requirements.

Friendly staff, put at my ease straight away. Good explanation of pricing policy. Easy xray which revealed a possible problem with one of my crowns. Further appointments quickly arranged.

What a difference! My appointments were not rushed and were thorough. Lovely warm friendly staff, starting from when you first walk in and are welcomed by the lovely receptionist. I had a hygienist and check up apt booked.

I was made to feel very welcome with the receptionist being very friendly and efficient! The surgery was very clean with both hot and cold drinks available! I had a very thorough check up with the dentist going through my X-rays and he explained everything to me in a very reassuring way. Very friendly and professional, so much so that I decided to sign up to a plan!

I made a call to West End dental Prestatyn when I was suffering a bad tooth ache while on holiday nearby. I filled in the forms that they sent by txt just like my own dentist. Fortunately there is a free carpark near bye and I was seen within 20 minutes of arriving.

It was a potentially difficult appointment for a person with dementia who needed two teeth extracted. I was really impressed by the care and understanding shown by the whole dental team. Both dentists we saw were superb, as were the dental nurses. Fortunately, the nurse who assisted during the procedure was a Welsh speaker, which helped significantly. The follow-up was excellent and I felt that, as a practice, they truly want to deliver the best service possible.

Attended hygiene appointment. The hygienist was extremely thorough , she left nothing out, communicated important information very clearly, ensured that my session went smoothly and trouble free. . Every effort was made to achieve best possible standard .

Hygienist appointment - I can't praise Caroline enough for her attention to detail, professionalism and care she gives every client. We attend Colwyn Bay surgery despite living on Angelesey so we can be treated by Caroline.
