An excellent job done by Mark and his mate. They arrived at 8.30am and had finished by about 1pm. Beautiful worktops, excellent finish. They tidied up afterwards and even where they had been working outside, was left clean and tidy. After they had left we noticed a little problem with the edges of a couple of the work tops. Contacted the ever helpful Matt and Mark came out on the Sunday to deal with it. No problem. Would definitely recommend.

After completing the installation they noted a very small imperfection in our new countertop and immediately brought it to our attention. My mother-in-law wanted new worktops for her kitchen and after much research we went for West End Stone supplies and are so glad that we did. The service from start to finish was great and she absolutely loves here new worktops - it looks like a new kitchen! The fitters were great; on-time, polite and professional and the quality of the work is amazing - highly recomended!

Westend Stone recently supplied and fitted new Quartz overlay worktops in my home.

From initial enquiry with my scribbled and not so accurate drawing, Matt provided me a quote which proved to be almost £1000 cheaper than the next nearest quote I had received.

To be perfectly honest to Matt, I was sceptical because of the distance from their premises to mine, over 100 miles away and I thought "what happens if things go wrong?" I need not have worried. Matt assured me of their processes and no obligation to proceed AFTER his colleague Mark had been and taken those accurate measurements needed for the design of the overlays.

On the day of fitting Mark and another Mark turned up on time, were most polite, friendly and professional in everything they did, including the all important tidying up afterwards.

I am really pleased with the final Quartz overlay product, it has made a huge difference to the kitchen and has removed the shabby laminate we had previously.

I wholeheartedly recommend you try these guys. They have been in the trade for years and know their stuff - I'm sure you wont be disappointed.

We looked at replacing our worktops with granite before finally choosing quartz overlays from West End Stone. The communication in planning was excellent and answered all my detailed questions. The installation was exactly as planned and finished in the same day (half day in our case) including fitting a new sink and hob. The result is marvellous and exactly what we wanted. We could not be more pleased.
You can judge how good a service *really* is by how they respond when something goes wrong. We discovered a small leak the evening after the fitting. Co-incidentally, Matt chose that time to call us to check how things had gone. He arranged for the fitter to re-visit at 8:00am the following morning and all was fixed by 8:30am. This level of service is outstanding. I don't normally respond to surveys but West End Stone really impressed me both with the product and with the fitting service.

The service we received from Matt and the team at West End Stone was excellent. From the initial enquiry to template and measuring and finally the installation by Mark was first class. During and on completion of the work the team were brilliant. Highly recommend this company.
