I visited this shop this morning to look at some Aeroplan models with a view to buy them as to make a new hobby. Owner of the shop was very unwelcoming as he did not bother to leave his chair pretending that he is in the middle of something. Whilst i was standing around like an idiot another female customer walked in and he jumped out of his chair to greet and serve her. He did not even acknowledge me therefore i decided to walk out of the shop without giving him any business. He made no attempt to make any interaction or at least to stop me from leaving the premises. Personally i will never buy anything from this shop where no customer value exists. His action remain unexplained.

Pre-ordered an item through the website. Was kept up to date and received a call when it had been despatched. Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
Will definitely be ordering from these guys again.
