No fuss, arrived as arranged, removed old door, and the new door is perfect. The extras was just two cups of tea. Extremely happy.

Very happy with the job WYGD did in replacing my broken garage door. Came out quickly for a quote after calling and gave me an honest assessment of all the options, without trying to upsell or push unnecessary extras. Quoted price was very reasonable too!

Installers arrived on time. They were friendly and cracked on with the job. New door looks great and appears to have been installed well. Lynn, in the sales team, was very communicative and helpful throughout the process.

The initial meeting was arranged promptly and all our options and prices were explained. WYGD kept in touch about fitting dates and Lynne was very helpful. The fitting was done on a bitterly cold January morning and the lads worked hard without complaint. On completion they explained how they had fitted the door and demonstrated the operation. Everything was cleared and left tidy.

Contacted West Yorkshire Garage Doors on a Sunday afternoon following a fault which meant I was unable to close the garage door. WYGD attended later that same evening and secured the door until a new one could be installed. The customer service staff were friendly and most helpful and provided a realistic date for fitting which was subsequently met without issue. The fitting was completed in foul weather but the guys got on with the job without complaint. I was very impressed with the full service I received, (particularly the initial call out on a Sunday evening of all days) and therefore have no hesitation in recommending WYGD to others. 5*
