This company and the guy that deals with everything his name is Rob owe me £2300 for cleaning company did for them as they subcontract other companies to do they cleans . Worst people ever , I hope they get what they deserve

My managing agent employed this company to clean my flat. They sent an invoice and were paid within 3 weeks albeit they chased several times for payment.

As they were chasing payment I paid them directly and inadvertently my managing agent also paid them as well.

Despite 5 emails and a letter before action they have ignored our requests to refund the double payment. I have issued proceedings through the small claims court to recover £300.

They are a disreputable company who my managing agent will never use again.

Looking back now after some time we can see that many people had EXACTLY the same experience as us. All the 5* reviews must be simply fake and you should believe all the 1* star ones (honestly I would give 0 if that was possible). STAY AWAY, complete scam company!!!

Terrible Cleaning Service and Customer Care

I hired for an end-of-tenancy clean, and it was a complete disaster. The cleaning was so bad that my landlord contacted the estate agent’s partners and had the company removed from their recommended list.

I provided photos to show the poor job they did and requested a refund, but they refused to take any responsibility. Their customer service was just as bad as the cleaning—rude and dismissive.

Save yourself the stress and avoid this company. I’ll be warning other agencies and sharing my experience everywhere to ensure no one else gets scammed like this.

Do NOT use this service. I repeat, DO NOT use this service. It's staggeringly bad. The company was recommended by the letting agent so I booked an end of tenancy clean thinking it would be good quality. We'd already moved out so left them to it, the following day found that the floors bathroom was filthy, dust everywhere, skirting boards dirty, dust under the sofas, nothing had been moved. Honestly, we don't know what they did but they charged us several hundred pounds for it. They said they'd come back that same day so we went to check on their work. They were there less than an hour and still hadn't done everything requested. Our landlord has since spoken to the letting agent to share the experience and confirm they won't be used or recommned again. Stay away at all costs.

Wow wow wow, where should I start with WeTidy, literally found them last minute and boy am I glad I did. Right from the off they were professional, reliable and the quality of their clean was top class. If you need end of tenancy cleaners go WeTidy!

Absolutely awful company - do not hire them! We hired them for end of tenancy cleaning because they were recommended by the inventory company. They didn't just do a poor job at cleaning but also damaged the ceiling (?!) and ended up costing us more than what we paid for the cleaning. When we sent them pictures taken by the inventory clerk, they refused to take responsibility and give us a refund to cover at least part of the damage they caused. Rude and unhelpful customer service as well. We've told all the agents we are working with to avoid them so nobody else has to go such an ordeal.

If you want to have a professional cleaning avoid this company.
They did a very poor cleaning. I had to tell them all the parts they have not cleaned at all and after they left the flat I still had to clean the flat because dust was on the skirtings and shelves!!! They have nothing to do with professional cleaning and I have paid 350 £ for such poor service.On top of all Foxtons has recommended this cleaning company. My advice is if you want a professional cleaning avoid this company.
Also they came 2 hours later after I called and asked them where they are.

HORRIBLE. Do not use them. They charged 250 pound for a tiny apartment.. Then called us half way through the clean and asked for another 250 to clean the freezer and shower. Then they did not clean the freezer and shower. In fact the landlord took money from our deposite for those two items NOT being clean. The landlord sent me pictures of what WeTidy did not clean. I sent those to WeTidy. Asked for money back and they won't give it to me and the Customer Relations Manager did not resolve my issues, would not forward my email to his supervisor or the owner and then just said "this is resolved". Worst experience ever . . . and I am a landlord myself!!!!

I got my deposit back from my agent as the clean was professional they also provided me with a pdf cleaning report

Disgusting! I would never use this service ever again. The man in charge is a total scammer and has no good service. very rude AND DISGUSTING SERVICE Never use this company they didn't even clean properly and left mud stains from their shoes all over the carpet and didn't want to wash the carpets for that. DO NOT USE THEM.

This company is a scam - Do not use them. I found them via a service marketplace. They ask for upfront payment via bank transfer, so you have no possibility to dispute the payment with your bank later on. The first time they did not come on the agreed date I thought it could be a legit mistake but then when it happened again I quickly understood that this was a scam and the person I had on the phone and via emails (supposedly “customer relations manager”) was just trying to gain time. I have now reported this company to the authorities. Such a stressful experience for an end of tenancy cleaning and quite sad that some people have to do this kind of things to make a living…

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! We just had our flat cleaned by this company and a number of small items went missing and they broke 2 flower pots and just said a simple sorry. They refused to give my money back saying it is my liability in case something happens since I invited them into my home. Completely unprofessional

WE TIDY are my go to cleaning company for the properties i manage the service is always 10/10 cleaners on point with the clean and i'm always getting good feedback from the tenants at how good the clean was i recommend this company to all my Friends in property management.

‘We Tidy’ was booked via a lettings agent to clean my flat in London. Cleaning job was satisfactory at best and arrived home to find £80 cash missing from my purse!! Phoned head office to inform them and was told I’d be called back later, this NEVER happened. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Still waiting to be reimbursed. Save yourself the hassle and just clean it yourself, probably do a better job and won’t have your money go missing !!
