The simplicity and efficiency of the service is great..

I have yet to have a bad experience with WeTransfer. As a free service, it's wonderful. As a paid service, it's phenomenal. I easily share and receive large transferred files with no errors or issues. Truly happy I'm subscribed.

I have been using we transfer for as long as I can remember. It is the most stable and reliable transfer platform I've used in my business.

Whats not to love about that.

WeTransfer became big time scammers. They almost doubled the price of their subscription from 2025 to 2026, alleged that they emailed subscribers (which they did not), and they don't let you downgrade to a monthly account. So, if like me, you've been using their services for years and have tons of uploads, your only choice now is to either pay double what they were charging last year, or lose everything you ever uploaded to their platform. They are not to be trusted, and although it'll be a lot of work, I'm migrating to a more honest company. How sad that they decided to become a sneaky, nefarious company.

Easy of use.

I far prefer this form of content transferring when it comes to getting clients their finished videos as other alternatives like google drive require you to "host" the videos on your storage plan unless you go through the tedious process of transferring ownership to the client which takes forever. very happy to send them a transfer link and just be done.

WeTransfer has been incredibly helpful for sending large files quickly and easily, especially when sharing links via email. The process is smooth, reliable and saves a lot of time compared to traditional file transfer methods.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service!!!

The only improvement I would suggest is refining the stock images and video clips used on the platform - they can sometimes feel a bit too graphic or not entirely appropriate for all users.
A more neutral and professional visual approach would enhance the overall experience.

very helpful tool although I don't have to use it so often, nevertheless it is essential for anyone I guess to have that size of files/folders available in order to send via email

I use WeTransfers to send my client's radio show to influencers. It always sends perfectly with no glitches. Additionally I use it to send other large files.
