Company fast to respond to initial inquiry, but very limited info supplied before fitting, fitter turned up after cancelling first visit, stayed 15mins .
If i had relised this was internet based company, i dont think i would have used them, company is scotland based and just sells bathroom pack and gets a fitter to install, fitters turned up late/or didnt .bathrooms fitted over space of 7 days, but some days 3 hrs others 7-8.
Finish is average,.
Had to pay in in bits , lack of info, just got a delivery (grumpy driver complained npbody to help him unload) then bill for delivery to parent company and diferance to fitter, 2 shaver sockets missing, fitter had to pay for them and claim money back from company,
More transparancy from parent company needed,
Removal of old suite NOT included and wanted another 150 per bathroom to remove it, wasnt told this was case until after .
So do your homework and shop local, im sure theres people in your areas who could supply and fit at a better standard than this company

Had this company from Facebook recommendations Manchester based to do a bathroom makeover in September 2024 looked amazing , until 12/13 months later when everything started to go wrong, the black tap started peeling & the wall trims fell off, they sent some replacement parts and assured me that they would sort this problem, in the meantime the flooring started to crack , so I informed them & was told it would be sorted, waited & waited asked to send some more flooring pics , then told I would have to contact wet wall directly, I've been totally ignored and now been blocked because I've told the truth , I wouldn't recommend this company after they've got your money , they're not interested so left with the tap & trims that haven't been fitted and a creaking cracked floor
