Bought a we-vibe for long distance use…

Bought a we-vibe for long distance use and the feature is not available at all. The app doesn't connect to toy, when it does it disconnects or continues to look for connection, battery life is short even after charging for 2 hrs 30 mins. Partner and I appear off line even when we are online together.

The unit itself won't hold charge and…

The unit itself won't hold charge and the App is absolutely appalling
The complaints about the app connectivity span back at least 2 years but clearly nothing has been done to rectify the issue. Very poor considering the size of the company and the fact they sell the units based on the fact you can use them long distance
A lot of money spent for something that doesn't work and is thoroughly disappointing
Also trying to get hold of customer support is next to impossible if you buy direct from the website.
No email contact
No chat
No number and the warranty form on the site has no live link so you are left stranded with an expensive useless toy and glitchy App that won't connect to your partner. Says both of you are offline and the messages section is not functional
Very poor show we_vibe ... do better

Tried We-Vibe together with my partner. The app confused us a bit in the beginning, but customer service was more than helpful and lead us through all features step by step. We love it! Thank you!!
