I enjoy being able to "get paid" for the steps that I am going to take anyway. The weekly leagues are also a pretty cool aspect of WeWard. It took me a bit to get into WeCards, but I enjoy the col... See more

I have been using this app for walking…
Update: they responded here to act like they care and fix the issue but I already got an automated response. I’ll keep everything ready for the next one that says they can’t do anything. No one codes, no one has authority there to reward and give people what they earned from games they got on their app and blame the game and even when it’s proven you did everything up until then, they act like that’s not evidence. 25 days 2 hours playing got rewarded. I did 7 days after to hit the big reward and nothing. And now it’s like it’s the game’s fault go through them. No I got the game from your app. Now I have to jump through hoops for them. No no no. Let’s expose when normal people are just trying to get what they earned off your app
I have been using this app for walking and earning points. I’m close to a 200 dollar cash out. I basically got the wall where you have to play games and do other things to earn more then the max 40 wewards daily. I was playing a game where I had to pay for 2 hours a day for30 days. Yes you heard it 2 hours for a games day. It tracked till the 25 day mark and I got everything. I did 7 days with screen shots from my phone after the last reward hit. I contacted them with the issue showing my phone screen time for the game well over 2 hours for the days. They contacted me back saying they can’t reward me and I would have to contact the gaming site directly because even though I got the game off their app which shows if I played the game I would receive the reward, they can’t themselves insure me anything because the game didn’t say I meet the reward specifications even with me proof. I have the conversation and response in email basically washing their hands clean. So now I have to fight with the gaming site and they can say whatever to not say I met it. I got the game drum wewards and to have to fight a battle with the gaming company when I got it off the app wewards is ridiculous. Now I know I’m basically just getting 40 wewards a day because I can’t trust playing games or anything else surveys or anything because you’ll just say it’s not your problem. Like there’s no one who has the authority or capabilities to send the rewards to me in a “sorry for the mess up. Here’s your 705 wewards for the inconvenience” but no even though You provided all the proof and it tracked 5 days earlier reward and suddenly stopped tracking with no change to my phone settings or anything and all screen time for the game for 7 days and I have to deal with the gaming third party company and then they contact you. I got the game through you. That’s a great way to treat people when people are your customers and keeping your app running.

WEWARD APP is a scam, a fraudulent app that doesn't deliver on its promises. It should be removed from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and other online stores. When you reach the required number of coins, it doesn't pay out. It tells you that you performed an incorrect action, and for that reason, they steal the 2,000 coins that took about eight months to earn. Because of geolocation restrictions, it's not located in the United States, so I didn't download it illegally. I opened the Google Play Store, typed "WeWard," and it downloaded; there's no mention of geolocation restrictions. This app, which deceives users of the Google Play Store and other online stores, should be removed immediately.
I already contacted your support team and they asked me to fill a form 6166.I am not going to fill any form 6166 because Google play does not require to do that.i downloaded the weward app it did not show or ask for geolocation restriccions so i reached my 2000 coins, what i want now is my paypal payment.
I do not have anything to do with your geolocation issue that is your problem.

I never signed up for a subscription to this stupid website and illegally charged me for a subscription calling it a subscription renewal. There’s no phone number for your company. That’s what a scam
You access a credit card I do not use to pay any bills illegally charge me 4999 and called it out of subscription renewal by charging me through apple.com. I fought the charge with Apple and they told me I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I never signed up for a subscription to your stupid website. I have requested this refund multiple times you’re such a scam of a company. You don’t even have a phone number where you can reach a live person. I want a refund for 4999. The funny thing is that’s for a year subscription Which you charge me on March 10 and immediately canceled without giving me my refund I want a call a response in the 4999 back. You are total fraud and I will report you to the police if I have to. My name is
Robin Gallagher.

I experienced only 1 payout of $10, the other twos disappeared completely. The last they invented I was altering my location which is crazy considering I use an iPhone.
A waste of time!

Sweepstakes Prize successfully delivered!
I am writing this review hoping that WeWard will finally address an issue that has still not been resolved.
On January 2, 2026, I received an email from WeWard informing me that I had won an iPhone 17 through my participation in the December WeWard Sweepstakes. In that email they stated that the phone would be delivered within 30–45 days, which means the expected delivery window was between February 1 and February 15, 2026.
Unfortunately, that deadline has passed (almost 30 days ago) and I still have not received the phone.
Since then, I have sent several emails to WeWard asking for an explanation for the delay. The responses have been slow and, when they do reply, the explanations are vague and do not provide any concrete information about when the prize will actually be shipped. When I ask for specific reasons for the delay, I either receive generic responses or no answer at all.
I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but what is most concerning is the lack of clear communication and transparency about the situation.
At this point, I am still waiting for the prize that was officially confirmed to me on January 2, 2026. I would appreciate a clear explanation and a confirmed delivery date.
If this issue is resolved, I will be more than happy to update this review accordingly.
I am updating my previous review regarding the WeWard Sweepstakes prize.
After a significant delay and several follow-ups, I can confirm that I have now successfully received the iPhone 17 that was initially promised on January 2, 2026.
While I appreciate that the prize has ultimately been delivered, the process was affected by delays and a lack of clear communication along the way.
That said, I’m glad the issue has now been resolved, and I’m updating my review to reflect this outcome.

Recovery Journey Halted by Technical Glitch / No Support
I am a 71-year-old user recovering from major back surgery. WeWard was a "Godsend" that helped me lose 23 lbs and hit 10k steps daily. After a technical glitch on the app, my account was suddenly suspended for "irregular activity." I have reached out to support multiple times explaining that I do not use "cheating" software—just my own two feet for rehab. Support only sends automated "no" responses. I am deeply disappointed that a loyal, honest user is being treated like a bot. Please have a human review to inform me what I need to do to fix this issue.

Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time. I used the Weward walking app and purchased a full year's subscription. I used the app for a long time and accumulated 10,000 points. When I requested a withdrawal via PayPal, they blocked my account without providing any evidence of fraud. This app is a scam and doesn't want to pay you.

Scam
Scam. There’s no way to actually get the point for promotion when booked though their app. No customer service or help even with premium account

Really struggling with this company
Really struggling with this company. When things go well, it’s a great app, but the second you have an issue it’s like banging your head against a brick wall. I have messaged to try to establish why I have been denied my premium status despite meeting all the required parameters and supplying evidence I gathered from their own app and I just get a standard “computer says no” message back. This has happened multiple times. It’s just not a good way to treat loyal customers - I’ve made logical points and asked questions to highlight the error and I’m not being totally ignored. Very frustrating, particularly as I’ve been an advocate of this product up until now.

It is all a scam they give you one time…
It is all a scam they give you one time payout then when your close again they suspend your account with no explanation. Yet they keep sending you emails after I’ve requested that they stop. It’s all a scam beware!!
Update: so I got a reply and it was just a lie did as they said and nothing it’s just a scam beware they lie and harassment is still happening!!
New update: so they contacted me and finally they admitted it was a mistake on their part . They reopened my account and gave me points which is all great, but they need to check in person and not rely on ai before they block account s.

Fraudlent site
Here is the response I sent them after I couldn't record my steps for 3 days and all i did was log out and log back in. All they keep on sending me are canned responses telling me there was fraud so the entire account was shut down. This is likely a canned response and no human. After diligently recording for over 330 days and waiting to cash out until I accumulated 10,000 this is incredibly disappointing and I highly recommend to people to not use this app. Here is my email that got the canned response: Hello,
I am writing to respectfully request a manual review of the permanent restriction placed on my WeWard account.
I understand that your systems detected activity that was flagged as irregular. However, I would like to clarify that I have never knowingly used WeWard in a way that violates the terms of service, nor have I attempted to manipulate step counts or rewards. After I was unable to convert my steps for several days (and sent notes to WeWard noting the problem), I simply tried to log out and log back in when I got a message stating what I did was fraudulent.
If the activity was caused by a technical issue, device change, synchronization behavior, or misunderstanding of normal usage patterns, I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity for a human review of the data that led to this decision. Given that I have been using WeWard daily for over 330 days which required commitment and at times cost, I believe I deserve the respect of an uncanned human response given that this means I will lose over 5,500 wewards and many collected cards. To be clear because WeWard believes that I am acting fraudulently I am losing a cash value of over $80 which I have earned and I do not take lightly when asked by others to comment or recommend WeWards value.
I fully respect WeWard’s responsibility to protect the community and prevent abuse. However given their was no abuse I’m aware of, at the same time, I am asking whether a manual audit could confirm whether this flag may have been applied in error.
If reinstatement is absolutely not possible, I would still appreciate confirmation of whether this decision was made following a human review or solely through automated detection. And I request that my wewards that were awarded to me prior to this glitch be returned to me so I cash out.
Thank you for your time and consideration. UPDATE: WeWard finally responded on 3/3 saying they reactivated - however this is after I sent MULTIPLE replies to them reasking for my account to be reactivated. If I didn't persist they would have kept the account shut down. And on March 3, they finally stated it was closed due to an increase in steps - which if they would have asked me, I would have explained what happened - however after multiple requests to let me know what they saw they never responded. I was in Las Vegas for 5 days - do you mean to tell me if I am on a trip and have a lot more walking that is deemed fraudulent so you shut down the account? That is complete unacceptable and it now tells me that you can't have a sudden surge or they will believe you are fraudulent. Once I can cash in my 10,000 Wards I will never us this site again.

App resetting at 6:00 p.m. instead of midnight everyday
I have been having continuous problems with this weward app ever since I downloaded it. It is resetting my steps at 6:00 p.m. standard Central Time everyday instead of 12:00 midnight. So I am unable to participate in the nightly activities.
The second main concern that I am having is that I have referred at least three people and I know at least one of them have converted their steps for more than 3 days but I'm still unable to connect with them.
I have tried to reach out to their customer service three different times with my concerns and I have yet to get one response back. Not sure what else to do at this point for assistance..
