I have had Wexer in our Anytime Fitness…
I have had Wexer in our Anytime Fitness gym for two years. Service was great for the first year, then we had a new staff representative for our account, and the service went to poor for several months. I complained, and then we got back our original rep and the service is back to great. The system itself is great, and the variety of the content keeps our members happy.

Improved navigation needed.
Clients at our facility have commented that it is difficult to navigate to the workout they want. They appreciate the number of classes but locating the exact course is not intuitive. In addition to the existing navigation options, it would help to have "common" course names (like yoga, pilates, circuit training, etc).

The Wexer is amazing, but really expensive.
The Wexer is a great selling feature, and is very fancy to have, but the cost of programming makes me almost want to forego it. To spend $4800 a year for two locations is too much, for how little the room actually gets used.
We’re opening another location next year, and I doubt we will install a Wexer.
As far as the programming quality and customer support, I must say it is all top notch.

We cannot remove individual workouts…
We cannot remove individual workouts that have inappropriate imagery even though for 4 years we have been told we would be able to.
The menu is now way over complicated.
