Nice people

I bought a C Class estate from WH Cars Sales back in October. What a nice bunch of people.
Sadly things went wrong that my local RAC registered dealer couldn't help me with. I called Mike at WH who arrange to collect my car and trailer it back to their workshop. He also rented a car for me to use for the following week. Brilliant.
A week later the car was returned to me and all seemed fine but within days the auto gearbox was playing up. Not changing up properly then not changing down and not using all the gears. I called WH and spoke to Nick who tried to suggest things it could be and tell me he'd never heard of anything like it. The conversation went on with him telling me that they'd already spent a fortune on my car.
I can't remember how the conversation ended. It was late, dark and I was tired from work and a long commute but later I wrote an email saying that I wanted to reject the car. I heard nothing.
Now this is on me, within a few days I traded the car to a Mercedes dealer. I now have a one year Mercedes warranty against my E Class which has been fully serviced by a Mercedes dealer and I'm very happy with it. I lost about £5000 but, as I say, that's on me. I chose not to pursue WH. I just didn't have the energy and I needed a reliable car for my 2000 miles a month commute.
