Globexair cargo I had ordered a product from
PR global & they must use this company as a delivery agent. When the parcel arrived it stated on the label any returns to be returned to the said address which I did. I tried emailing Globexair nothing , I phoned them utterly helpless. Now my parcel is missing thank god I used the recorded delivery option at the post office.

I purchased this for an event, and loved it. I was skeptical when I opened it up, but once I put it on it looked great!

I like the jacket I received!!! I ordered a Medium (which is my normal top size) and it fit just right. It's soft and comfortable. I ordered the brown color and find the color to be pretty true to the photo. I'm not disappointed and will be ordering other from this company.

Please do not buy from this website the sizes are completely wrong and you cannot return anything I sent an email and their response was give it to your family members we will give you a good discount next time I’ll put a car in my car and I was not able to get my money back please do yourself a favor do not buy from this website

I need to return some clothes and can’t seem to be able to do that through this company. Too hard to contact. How do I get a number for customer service.

This company sucks, I ordered items over a month ago and have not received confirmation of shipping dates. I go to Customer Service and I get connected to a website that is charging me $1.00 to inquire about my order automatically asks me for a credit card. WHAT! DO YOU THINK IM THAT STUPID! I AM

SCAM ALERT!!! Took my money and never sent the merchandise!

Scam, scam! Bought over a month ago, no tracking info and cannot get ahold of the business. Had to file a claim with PayPal.

Nanolovely.com RETURNS address of Y & G F2P, Unit 5, Trident Way, Southall, UB2 5LP part of Globexair Ltd (a logistics service), DESTROY ALL PACKAGES SENT TO THEM. Nanolovely know this and have a contract with Y & G/Globexair Ltd/Express Worldwide to carry out the service. So basically Nanolovely.com take your payment, send you poor quality goods, late, nothing like the advert and incorrectly sized then when you return them to the returns address (clearly marked on the package) you cannot get a refund on your order. Its not fraud either because you have actually received goods according to Action Fraud and the Post Office won't compensate you because they did their job and delivered your package (despite paying for a track and trace!

i ordered a linen shirt dress in december 2019. it is now april 2020 and it has not come. i went to all the links on Google for NANOLOVELY and the "server is not found" cam up on all of them . so i was scammed and YOU will be too.

If I can rate no stars I would...pleasee never ever order from this bs site. They will be getting shut down soon.. first I paid for express shipping which was supposed to be around 3–5days it came weeks later, secondly it’s not nothing close to what I ordered from the picture that I saw the material was different the cut was different everything! Just please never order here.

RUN!!! Don’t shop here, these people will gladly take your money and not deliver your product. Purchased a swimsuit and never got it. Fought for a full refund and they only refund you less then 50% of what u paid for. Communication was the worse! Do not buy anything from this company! I wish I can give them zero stars!!

I ORDERED 5 DRESSES FROM THE PLUS SIZE ALL 3X'S 1OUT OF THE 5 DRESSES LOOK LIKE A SIZE SMALL I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE KEEP THE DRESS AND THEY'LL GIVE ME 20% OFF MY NEXT PURCHASE 20% AIN'T NOTHING WHEN YOU SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WITH THIS COMPANY THEN THEY MADE IT THERE BUSINESS TO TELL ME I NEED TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPMENT.. This online website is such a fraud. I ordered from their website two weeks ago and paid $10 for express shipping. Not only have I not received a tracking number but they insist the order time is 1-5 business days. When I email them they tell me it is 3-7. It has passed that point and STILL no tracking number or anything. I feel like I was robbed and am trying to get my money back. Not sure this is a legitimate business because this is the worst service I have ever received online shopping! I have tried reaching them several times and their response is always the same, it's coming. WHEN? WHEN? Where is the tracking number! Why did I pay for express if I wasn't going to receive express service! TERRIBLE! Don't waste your money or time! Believe the horrible reviews! It's true!
