It's easy to use what not. I love buying good name brand things for a great price. My orders are usually shipped fast and delivered promptly. It's also a lot of fun to visit all the different auctions and see the many things you can buy . I had an order come in just today and was super excited when it came.

Avoid this app. A seller sent me the wrong case than what I ordered. Seller stated to return the item and I would be refunded by whatnot. I paid out of pocket to have case shipped back to seller. No response form whatnot. So I filed a bank chargeback. Then magically whatnot support responded saying if I close the bank chargeback, then they will refund. Stupidly I closed the bank chargeback only for whatnot support to first claim it was still open (when it wasn’t) and then finally them denying saying I’ve had to many refunds. Don’t listen to their support whatever you do. Now I get to fight with the bank to reopen a case against them. My “too many refunds” is 3 over a year span because sellers were shady.

It’s fun and great deal's. All around great app

I don't order too often but when i do I spend a lot especially if it's trusted and worth the money and depending what your looking for whatnot is one of the best place's too buy and sell anything i love buying foreign sweets for a fraction of the price I could not recommend whatnot more ive had no issues. 10/10

Where do I start. this platform is the wild wild west for thieves to sell their stolen goods, and scum sellers to sell the items they should be throwing in the trash. and don't get me started on FAKES. It is a fake fest. I spent $1000.00 plus dollars with 12 sellers.during the month of April 2026. TWO yes TWO were honest sellers. One sent porno and used sex toys to my teen age daughter. reported and was ignored.

Many of the sellers on the site are part of those smash and grab robberies you see on the news, selling stolen goods, We even found one seller that was wearing a sky mask to hide their face from the live stream to sell high end purses. there is only one reason to hide your face while selling a product online. When you point these sellers out to whatnot TRUST AND SAFTY (LOL) they ignore your report which is a crime in itself and they boost the seller you report to the top of their chain.

One seller that this platform PAYS a salary to sell daily is breaking every law in the book.He claims an item he is selling you is worth $298.00 when you get your item it is a cheap knock off worth ten dollars. yet this fool has a cult following and rips off return buyers daily because they like the show he puts on. but Thats on them I guess. there most likey help groups they need to call.

So out of the $1000.00 I spent I got a value of about $175.00. So if your fool enough to trust it you be the fool.Also this site promotes their sellers to stage their shows with GAMBLING for products yet they hold no gaming license, and are based is California where Gambling is not legal.and the site has tools in place for these actions to take place.time for the AG of California to act on this business.

Buying from whatnot is easy and straightforward!

The sellers are great. The items you can get for low pricing have been fantastic. You can get designer perfume for so much less. Electronics like ear buds, cameras, dash cams, car jump pack etc... are all so useful for so much less than in the stores or Amazon. This is no doubt a must try! Dont even give it a second thought. Everyone I showed has downloaded the app and warning its addictive.

They didn’t hold their customer satisfaction policy. The item was not as described and I got no help and lost my money.

I've loved everything I have received, I've even gotten a couple of giveaways. The only thing is ( which rarely happens) is I did not receive an item and mistakes happen no big deal. It's been about a month and I haven't gotten the refund yet. It's not a lot of money, and with as much as I have saved, I will continue to buy.

I cant remember how I came to hear about whatnot but I did, I was skeptical at 1st it all seemed a bit too good to be true but its become my favourite place to shop online for literally anything and everything! You will find so many different sellers and the prices you pay can be so crazy cheap but always genuine and described by the sellers. They are very cautious to keep buyers informed throughout shows of exactly what you are getting and if you have any issues atall you can message the seller they reply super fast and always happy to help with questions or queries. Its so good that you have to be careful not to get carried away because you do get so many bargains its hard to stop! Sellers are all lovely they send orders straight out, same day, fast delivery packaging has always been so carefully done and I just cant praise everyone there enough iv not had 1 bad experience and without a doubt this will be my go to, feel good no1 buying and bidding site! Big thanks to all the sellers on whatnot, youve all been absolutely amazing 💜

Vile! I made an order and there was missing items - not a problem with the seller, I messaged him and he took responsibility, he has a new packer and has been making mistakes lately but whatnot refused to refund me? After arguing with them for ages showing them proof of the seller apologising and doing his part, still nothing. I've lost money on items that never showed up!

Great for a bargain

Being a buyer and seller has been great. Only down fall has been customer service, multiple times I reached out about my referral bonus and basically told to F off

The seller culture (at least in the miniatures community) is amazing. The level of support between all the sellers and buyers (everyone really) is unusual given the nature of the platform. Transactions are handled efficiently, packages arrive on time, the amount of unique items blows my mind (and my mail carrier's). Excellent experience so far.

All the sellers have been amazing! Streams are fun and engaging and product is always delivered in a timely manner and packaged very well!

The auction sites are amazing but the shipping and shipping costs are a bit excessive, in my opinion. Some things arrive fairly quickly but others take forever. Plus, some of the item’s packaging are destroyed. Luckily, nothing has been damaged but I have lost one item. The envelope arrived torn and the item was missing. All of the issues were delivered via USPS.

Can't talk to anyone about seller being removed and I can't get a refund . Customer service sucks

It would be nice when mailed what we ordered that they would put the name of the show in order to keep up with it. Also some don’t put receipts in package with item. I got an empty package with a name I have yet to know where it came from. So the name of the show would be great with package!
