I was looking for a garden shed online…

I was looking for a garden shed online and I couldn't shake the feeling that I could find it much cheaper. so I typed on garden shed comparison sites and stumbled upon what shed. I already had a price and a certain shed in mind, I managed to save £50 on the shed just by using this site. I also found it very helpful that I could read the reviews of the product on the website. would definatly recomend this site.

Sheds.co.uk DO NOT USE THEM-- seriously…

Sheds.co.uk DO NOT USE THEM-- seriously this company makes many demands during the purchasing process and delivers nothing in return. do not know the meaning of the statement "Customer services" outsources to installers "OBS" who will fob/misinform you,who then report back incorrect information to sheds.co.uk whilst both blame Mercia Garden Products. you end up having to deal with 3 company's absolute waste of your time. now in the process of attempting to cancel my order and obtain a refund, will update on how this goes........shame you have select 1 star

DO NOT TRUST THEIR VIEW

no replies when contacting them. Their reviews dont match reality. Use Trustpilot or Google when assessing a shed manufacture, NOT Whatshed!

Misleading Prices

I was really impressed with Whatshed site at first. Loads of information about all kinds of sheds. Eventually I found the shed that would suit my needs. It had a price displayed and then a button appeared asking if I wanted to check the updated price. The updated price was the exact same as the displayed price so I decided that was the shed for me. Except they do not sell the sheds, they only send you to another company who are the seller. Well the seller had a much larger price displayed than Whatshed. When I messaged Whatshed for an explanation I was told all the prices were out of date but would be updated in the next two months!! I asked about the button that was supposed to give the latest price and was told it didn't work. Great idea Whatshed but you are not going to earn much commission if you do not have the up-to-date prices. Very disappointing experience.

My name is Narinder pal my daughter brought me a log cabin from sixty stores The item was purchased online from my daughter. To make sure I was going to receive the proper size log cabin I contacted sixty stores gave them the order number to confirm the size. I was advised several times of the size as I was looking for 13 feet length and 10 feet with width as I am disabled and I need space to move around this was confirmed at the time by each person out spoke to . The item was meant to be received within 14 days became 2 months later. To be fair I was given £100 compensation which came off the log cabin finance agreement but this was hard work and customer service was really bad . Upon opening and checking the log cabin I had found the log cabin was the wrong size I was furious. So I contacted sixty stores I was advised by several people in particular one person called jenny who said that due to the extreme cold weather the wood may shrink which is true but the length was 10 1/2 feet And the wits and the width was 7 1/2 feet which would’ve meant the wood would’ve shrunk by 3 feet each way impossible. I then sent them several emails complaining that I had received the wrong size to my amazement I had received no correspondence back . As I am disabled this was having severe consequences on my health and due to the fact that I had not received any correspondence in relation to the log cabin I felt I had no choice but to start building a log cabin. Once I did this I notified Sixty store of how they behaved and how that made me feel Healthwise and emotional. My Son had started to build a log cabin that is when I had received a response to a gentleman called Steven One of the directors . There was no apology for lack of correspondence from them all I got was due to the fact you have started to build the log cabin we cannot accept a return. However whilst building the log cabin my son found a lot of manufacturing faults and contacted citizens advice for information I was advised to send a letter explaining the manufacturing faults take pictures and demand I would like to have the item returned and compensated and would give them 14 days to reply they failed to reply.
I then decided to contact the finance company who were equally liable for the log cabin v12 fiancé. I then had to send the finance company all the emails I had sent to sixty store. A little time went by to allow them to investigate the reply I received from sixty store and they would not accept a return due to the fact that I had built a log cabin but they would replace any manufacturing fault. I however did not want the log cabin it was not the size that I wanted and it was faulty and I did not want any association with Sixty store. The finance company at first said that their hands were tied and that they could not do any more. So I mentioned to them that I had sent sixty store I letter by recorded delivery explaining the issues and had given them 14 days to reply which they failed to do so. Upon forwarding the letter to the finance company they agreed that the behaviour Sixty store was unprofessional and had not displayed good customer service and cancelled the finance in relation to the log cabin. I await a reply from Sixty stores limited in relation to this given the fact I’ve had no response in the past I won’t hold my breath. My opinion sixty store is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with they do not care about customer service, the customer whether the person is disabled or not. they are very highly strong rude People and rather resolve the situation they will argue and believe Sixty store know better. I was shocked to see four-star rating from other customers given my own experience that surely must be other affected customers out there

Fantastic and very informative.

I found WhatShed.co.uk to be a very helpful company. When I had a problem with the retailer that I purchased my shed from they did their best to help me sort it. All round 10/10
