Outstanding company
All I can say is wow from what’s the point every order Iv ever made from them have been fantastic I have points that are 6 months old and still look brand new and when I found out they were releasing a dart ( bomb r1) I just had to place an order. So if your thinking about ordering some points or a new set of darts what’s the point should be your number one place to try.

AMAZING SERVICE FROM WHATS THE POINT
WHATS THE POINT service is nothing like I’ve ever seen before they quick turn around on orders is unmatched, the product quality is different to anything that I have ever used, I’ve been using what’s the point products for a while now and while other company’s customised points rust youll never have that problem with this company I’ve got points that I’ve have for a few months that look as fresh as the day I removed them from the packaging Also released his own signature darts bomb R1 which I must say is the nicest feeling dart I have used so far and they also come with your own selection of his famous points which I must say the customer service of that is unmatched because as a business he knows not everyone uses the same point!

I’ve used “What’s the point” for a while now and I have never been disappointed EVER, the points are like no other and they are so well made. I recently bought the BOMB R1 darts and I can tell you now they’re some amazing darts with amazing grips and I’m a straight barrel player but these Bomb darts are something else. You will not be disappointed such amazing products every time!

Really poor experience
Really poor experience. Order from here all the time and we recently got some new points for my young lads darts. He threw one and the point snapped so I asked if they would be willing to send out a replacement and was called a liar and told not my problem. Have taken screen shots of the conversation to make others aware.

Hi Karl, As stated in our screw in point break policy any screw in point that breaks at the designated snap point will not be replaced or refunded this is the nature of the points and cannot be avoided from manufacture. You tried to fool me by initially saying they were broken in transit but quickly changed your story when I gave you a resolution. If a screw in point snaps at the break point from use then there is no obligation to refund or replace. Thank you for your concerns but the matter won’t be taken any further. Dan WTP

The product itself is fantastic! But since ENG is out of the EU I had to play 26€ more because of import costs. So I own the most expensive set of Points in BE.
