Don't turn up or answer phone. Owe nearly £70.00 in refund for missed cleaning but have stolen the money. Don't respond to emails. Said they would refund but never did. Have stolen money from a single mother. They should not be able to carry on trading.

I have been paying monthly for this service and in the 10 months I've been signed up, I have had my bins cleaned less than 4 times (they are supposed to come twice a month).

I have asked for a refund and have been told that I will only have to pay half the monthly direct debit. SO NOW I A, PAYING £5 A MONTH FOR NOTHING. They never show up, won't let me cancel my subscription and won't give a refund. Absolutely disgraceful that a company is allowed to charge for a service that they are not capable of providing.

After complaining to the company they said it was because of COVID, I signed up for this service 13 months after COVID began, if you are unlikely to be able to provide the service you are advertising, STOP ADVERTISING IT.

As so many others have said, avoid!! We paid for a year...didn't turn up on several occasions. Emailed to cancel service and have been chasing refund for weeks now. No replies to emails. Hoping I can now claw it back through my bank.

Unreliable, unprofessional company. Paid for a year, regularly did not turn up. Cancelled the service over a month ago and still waiting for a refund. Calling them daily to chase the refund but no one picking up the phone. Their website warns of Cowboys in the industry but these are the biggest COWBOYS of them all!! Stay well clear of them!!

Would not recommend using this company for cleaning wheelie bins - they don't turn up, when you email, the response comes back one week later and don't bother calling, have tried 4 times, each time you get cut off.

We only signed up two months ago and since that date our black bin has never been washed, washing has only ever taken place on the day of actual collection once, so many missed collections with a range of excuses ranging from the 'bin wasn't on the boundary' even though photographic evidence was submitted, 'there was no parking available', '5 operatives were unwell'. Trying to phone Wheelie Washers is a nightmare as no one answers. You therefore email them, it takes a week to respond. Shocking service!! I have today cancelled my contract and direct debit with them.

They were a great company for years but the service this year is absolutely appalling. Months after lockdown they were still blaming the bin men for missed cleans. Phone service is a disgrace, leave you on hold for 45 minutes and then answer the phone and tell you they have just been for a nice walk in the park whilst their phones were unmanned. It took about 10 emails and three hours on the phone to get my complaint addressed and even then I had to give up with some matters unresolved and go to CAB for help. Staff are rude and they wasted so much of my time. Disgraceful.
