Although I have not been able to use my bike with the new 60/80 wheels due to a serious injury, I have been more than satisfied with the service, communication and quality provide by Wheelscience. Can't wait to use it, but will just have to be patient.

Prior to ordering Elemental 50mm Disc wheel set, I emailed Peter a couple times with some questions and received quick responses.
Took 2 weeks from order to receiving delivery to Brisbane Australia.
Once I received delivery, I had some questions re installation. Spoke with Peter via phone and he explained everything perfectly. Very helpful.
Now for the riding experience. I could not be happier with the performance, without any doubt my Giant TCR is now a faster bike. Very impressed with the hubs, wheels look great and perform as I had hoped.
The customer service experience is best practice and I will definitely be an advocate for Wheelscience.

The wheels are great. First time I’ve used carbon wheels and the difference from the alloys was amazing. Delivery took a little longer than expected but worth the wait.

Cyclists are unique athletes. We tend to become inordinately attached to our bikes. When you change anything, there is often a hesitation. I have put about a thousand miles on my new Elemental 60’s. I was looking to upgrade my Trek Domane SL5 with a set of carbon rims. I came across Wheel Science, They were local (Australia) and that gave me confidence. Reading many other reviews also gave me alot of confidence that I was onto a brand other riders were enjoying. I purchased the Everest XL 45. They looked great and once fitted I noticed an immediate change in feel and handling of my bike. More nimble and lighter feel to my bike. Highly recommended.

Like most customers I had questions and like most customers these came in spurts. Peter was extremely patient and very helpful/knowledgeable. The wheels arrived in good time and they were the perfect choice thanks entirely to Peters expert guidance. The wheels are brilliant, I highly recommend them after 2300km's.

so in the beginning I was a bit sceptable on purchasing on line wheels without any big marketing of product. By interacting with wheelscience directly gave me confidence of product quality. I have ridden many km and very happy with the set I purchased. Also packaging was very good.

Beautiful wheelset in HX decal...deep gloss really makes them stand out....Looking forward to riding many many miles on them. Great service and fast delivery.

I now have over 2000K on my Everest XLs and they are a fantastic wheel set. Peter and the team were incredibly responsive throughout the whole process, even across massive time zone differences. In the top 3 of my online customer service experiences ever. The wheels arrived in great condition, protected well and with all the pieces needed to get up and running quickly. I appreciated the included rim tape. I was running DT Swiss 180 hubs on my previous wheels and went with the Elemental ceramic bearings and have not noticed much of a performance hit. The Everest XLs are light and strong and handle so well on descents. The even perform admirably in cross winds. My only suggestion over the whole process would be a little more proactive notification about the status of production and shipping of the wheels. Thanks for the great experience!

Shipping took much longer than promised. The wheels were also heavier than advertised (35 grams). Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The wheels are great so far.

Amazing wheels had my fastest time ever at Ironman Maryland on September 18th. Great ride and comfort. Love these wheels. Elemental 80’s

I do not race, but am an old, recreational cyclist who rides for fitness, health, and fun. I occasionally do a longer training ride or an organized century. I have had my Elemental set for approximately three years, and they are still true, still light, and still rolling fast and easy. I'm wondering which is going to outlast the other, the wheels, or my body. I'm at the point in life when you think about stuff like that.

Peter answers questions quickly. Wheels seem to be made well. Wheel weight was not accurate for disc tubular cyclocross type wheels. Bearings seem to be smooth although not quite as smooth as set on Stans Carbon Grails

Worked well in first cyclocross race last weekend.

Overall , good experience with answers about products. Will see how they hold up this season. I am only 132 pounds so wheels so last

Great communication throughout ordering process, packaged well and arrived when they were supposed to, look great feel fast..time will tell.

I bought the 88mm disc brake Vortex wheel set with optional Dt Swiss 350 hubs. Arrived when promised and had immediate feedback from Peter during the process. Wheels are true, light compared with my team 30’s and fast. I wouldn’t look any further for a great value wheelset. Used at Sunshine Coast 70.3 yesterday and very happy with my purchase.

From time of ordering wheels, to delivery was 3 weeks. Pretty good in these difficult times.Peter was always contactable and answered questions freely.

Peter from Wheelscience would easily walk away with the Most Responsive Online Retailer award; if there is one.

It took me a lot of courage to part a lot of money with a relatively smaller brand. I went ahead after reading all the good customer service reviews. What irked me and not giving them 5 Star was the absolute disaster in shipping and order fulfilment.

Shipment was delayed despite ‘confirmation’ that they would be sent out.

Choice of alternate shipper was bad. Tracking was useless and it didn’t provide updated information.

The worst was the factory sent a wrong part; resulting in additional delay to the use of the wheels. Imagine having them but couldn’t use!

I believe a throughout thought of the process control could alleviate this kind of customer frustration. It’s not rocket science.

Now for the product.

After few weeks on the Disc Wheel at rear and 80mm in front, built with DT Swiss 180 hub, I must say they are fantastic. The Tubeless setup was not easy though, even for my experienced mechanic. Pumping the disc wheel was a pain if you don’t have the correct valve or pump. Peter could have added an essential L valve and cover for the wheel. This will certainly warm customers’ hearts knowing the company cares. They don’t look premium enough since this is not the biggest brand in the world. But boy, they are fast. It’s my first time using disc wheels so I can’t compare with the rest. But certainly faster than my other 60mm wheels.

Overall I am pleased with the purchase at the price point. Will I buy from them again? Yes if they can get the act right behind. But again, I will never know if they improve unless I trigger another purchase.

Great customer experience

I had great communication with the team at Wheelscience and they were very quick to reply to my questions.

Product arrived well packaged and after a few emails with Peter to clarify installation, was able to get the 88mm wheels on my bike.

Rides REALLY well and they look incredibly sharp. After several rides on the same route I'm used to practicing on, I was able to see an improvement in my overall speed with similar power output!
