It was a great service as we were in the Dominican republic whilst the cricket was on so my husband was made up regarding this service which I had never heard of before. Really good vale for money, however we did experience a few glitches where I had to keep signing in several times to make it work

Crap is too good a recommendation for you.
I paid my money, but was not supplied with the product. I will certainly tell the people I know to beware of When Away.
What is the point in contacting you about none supply of product. Companies like yourself do nothing, and quite often very rude in their reply. I have experienced this before. Thank god for all the media available now to let other people know about companies like you.
That is exactly the response I was expecting from you.
No help offered, and sarcasm. I’m sure people listen to reviews from customers like me and take them on board.

whilst in holiday in spain attempted to access the service which to my money but failed to connect phoned the help line complete waste of time sent e mails back and forth no movement no help ask for refund no help So be warned if they take your money and dont supply you with a vpn you wont recieve a refund bunch of thieves

We were in Portugal in Mar/April and wanted to watch English tv so we tried to get connected but we could not answer the questions asked of us so we gave up on it and told your customer service to cancel the account. We were very disappointed, your set up website is not user friendly and when we go back to Portugal in September we will try another service. Thx Trish
