Excellent overall repair experience

Easy online booking self service system. Regular contact by repair centre by text offering earlier appointment times when they became available. Notification of appointment time became more precise on day before and then notice of imminent arrival on the day. Engineer arrived promptly and repair completed quickly. Excellent overall experience.

Dishwasher repair

We were getting refurbishment work done in the kitchen. When we removed the dishwasher we noticed the hose was damaged but not burst and needed replaced. Contacted Whirlpool who arranged an engineer to attend to replace it.

No response from Customer Services

I ordered a spare part but the item I received was incompatible with my fridge. It was impossible to receive any assistance despite trying to contact customer service multiple times via different methods.

Quick and easy to book an engineer on line.
Engineer came within the time frame given, text message was sent when he was 15 min away.
Mcdonald was polite and happy to help unlike the last engineer. Very professional.

booked a repair

booked a repair, the enginner didnt put the door right on the dishwasher, raised a complaint iwht whirlpool and apparently no managers take calls and complaint centre doesnt interact with his customers. Absolutely shocking poor service. Oh and the complaint didnt go anywhere obviously, maybe in the bin
