Ordered a bottle of Johnnie walker blue label (on special). After a week with no parcel I phoned the Helpdesk to then be told it was out of stock. All they could offer was another bottle of commemorative blue label for an extra £80.. the same bottle was £10 cheaper at Costco. Basically unapologetic and didn’t care. All businesses make mistakes, but they should be judged by how they deal with these mistakes.
