While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Don’t buy online, or try to access delivery or discount options

Firstly a big shout out to the staff at Whistles shop in Wandsworth who saved the day (or part of it)
The phone customer service is literally non existent. 2 numbers currently listed are ‘unavailable’ and the third made me wait 10 minutes before cutting me off.
Discounts online do not work and the expensive Next Day Delivery promised to arrive within working hours and finally came at 7pm - too late for my needs.
I doubt they care but they are letting their shop staff down bigtime
Avoid, avoid, avoid online purchases.

Order Number: 17339566
This has been an absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order on 7 May 2025 for a pair of jeans, and for two full weeks I was chasing Evri (the delivery provider) because the parcel never arrived. I contacted their support multiple times, and I also reached out to Whistles support via chat three times — wasting my time — and yet no one did anything to resolve the issue.
Eventually, I had to request a return/refund myself when it was clear the parcel was stuck with Evri and was never going to be delivered. A few days ago, I received confirmation from Evri that the parcel was requested to return to Whistles, yet I still have not received any email or update from Whistles about my refund.
This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with Whistles. Their delivery process is a mess, their support is unresponsive, and customers are left to fix problems caused by their poor logistics.
I still don’t know when I’ll get my money back — and frankly, I’ve lost all trust in this brand. This will be the last time I shop at Whistles. Absolutely awful service

Vanishing discount and customer service, caveat emptor

My wife and I tried for over an hour to order a waterproof jacket, listed at £75 with an advertised 20% discount. This was not given at checkout. We tried also for a 10% new customer discount which also proved to be an illusion. As a last resort we tried customer service and were connected to Lucille (the bot) she promised to connect us to a customer service person who also proved to be an imaginary person.
BEWARE WHISTLES DISCOUNT OFFERS.
