Excellent service from someone interested in supplying what we required. Helpful and experienced this gentleman guided rather than push. Clearly a man who enjoys providing a service and does so professionally.

Customer service was great , we had a few date changes in the week up to Christmas and they still managed to squeeze us in . The fitters was also lovely very helpful . Would highly recommend .

Mike and Jake came to replace my kitchen flooring this morning . They arrived on time , having texted before to say they were on the way . Were very polite and pleasant when they arrived.
Started working right away , very quietly . Excellent job floor looks perfect . Would highly recommend them . Thank you both.

This company has just fitted three carpets for me (still have landing and stairs to do once I have repainted etc).

I can’t fault this company whatsoever, they are extremely helpful in the store on Wilson road. Margie was great showing us around and helping choose my carpets for the house (Victoria terrace, Rainhill).

The fitters arrived to fit half the house out (that was my instruction as not ready to have the full lot fitted yet).

I was a little worried about them turning up and being annoyed that they would have to move some furniture from one side to another in the rooms, as the last firm I used where swearing there heads off just because I hadn’t removed old underlay.

The fitters whiston carpets used where the best, I only caught the name of the oldest of the two which was David but David and his young colleague were fantastic. I offered to help move the settee etc but they said don’t worry about it we will move it all. They where so fast and efficient at there job and the fitting is superb. I look forward to them returning to for the rest when I am ready to give them the go ahead.

What a great company this is, wouldn’t even bother trying others in future as I know I am in good hands with these.

Absolutely amazing quality, prices and very competitive and the quality of service from start to finish was brilliant. Sean couldn’t have done more for me. The lads who came to fit were extremely professional, not a bit of mess was left and they cleaned up before leaving!!
This is a top quality company and I would recommend for any flooring needs! I will be returning!

Had a lounge carpet fitted a couple of months ago, very pleased with the service.
This week we had a new carpet fitted to the back room and laminate flooring to kitchen/dining area, hall, cloakroom, utility and walk in cupboard.
Andy, Conner, and the two Josh’s did an absolutely superb job. Very professional, courteous, helpful and very tidy
Cleaned up completely after they had finished, you wouldn’t have known the work had only been done that day.
Cannot praise Whiston Carpets highly enough, Mike offered good advice when measuring for the works and Shaun was helpful in planning and arranging the installation.
Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company. Many thanks

Had laminate fitted in a kitchen , conservatory
utility room and toilet . Customer service and fitting was of an exceptional standard . Showroom staff were friendly and helpful , the estimator offered good advice and the fitters were magicians . On time, no mess , friendly , trustworthy , skilled and hard working.
Very ,very pleased with the final product. Have no reservations in recommending them .

We had a laminate floor fitted in one of our bedrooms the fitters arrived on time and did a superb job ,we've been dealing with whiston carpets for approximately 20 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the price is always right I've recommended them to several people and they've all been made up with their service,I highly recommend them

Ordered a carpet a while ago when I went in to see why it wasn’t fitted they said they had forgotten then got angry with me when I asked for a refund.
Went somewhere else for a better service avoid this place.

An exceptional service from beginning to end. These guys are so professional, competitively priced and the workmanship is outstanding. I am so pleased with the floors and can't rate Whiston carpets highly enough. One of, if not the best services we've ever had!

Fitted our carpet up the stairs. From the second we made an enquiry their service was on a whole new level! They helped us choose our carpet and then fitted it for us at a time that was best for us.

Superb service from start to finish, couldn't have been more helpful in the showroom allowing me to borrow samples to match to existing decor.
Once I had chosen, Whiston Carpets sent out their estimator Terry who talked over every aspect of the job and advised on what type of carpet and flooring was required for each area.
The itemised quotation was then emailed over to me with a fitting date.
The fitters and the workmanship were simply outstanding and my home was left spotless.
I couldn't recommend Whiston Carpets any higher than 5* or I would. Perfect.

Great experience from visiting the showroom to having installation,staff friendly & very helpful,picked carpet for through downstairs rooms guys worked hard fitting it,last fri we had laminate fitted in the hallway & new carpet for the stairs & landing,so much choice & reasonably priced,no point in trying elsewhere,defo recomend whiston carpets
