Good advice regarding technical procedural questions.
The learned judge handed down oral summary judgment of my money claim in the County Court, but failed to then adjourn the Decision Hearing in the lower court as a formality.
Being an unrepresented Litigant in Person, I then asked White Collar Legal a set of complicated technical questions relating to the procedure for obtaining permission to keep the appeal within the lower court, as opposed to the matter going straight up to the Court of Appeal.
WLC's Philip Nam gave knowledgeable procedural advice, and at a great price too.
Therefore, I am continuing to obtain advice from WLC.
I highly recommend WLC's Philip Nam to answer your questions relating to civil procedure.
