After reporting my issue, it was only a couple of days later before it was completely rectified...Both tradesmen were thorough and behaved in a very professional manner.
I want to thank Whitegates and in particular Angela for all your assistance.

After trying to sell our property with another company who failed to sell .i talked to Robert who said confidently to me Whitegate Keighley will sell it no problem and guess what they did !!!. The help we got was so much appreciated and as for Hannah boy she always kept us updated with every single issue so impressed with her and i must say all of them at the Keighley offices. So if you have a property to sell in the Keighley area just talk to Whitegates. xxxxx

I used a third party to compare estate agents and got a quote from Whitegates and another estate agents.

I ended up going with Whitegates because I felt the selling pack was presented better, Matthew came across very friendly and professional and they were actually based in Keighley.

Matthew came to give the initial market appraisal and take pictures for the advertising of my property and both times he was aware I needed to go to work shortly after so he was on time and was quick with what he needed to do to make sure I wasn't kept around too long.

He let me know that I could advertise on social media channels as well what I found was quite good and would help advertise the property I was selling to a further audience.

When my property was on the market Hannah took over the management of selling my property. She was very professional and like Matthew very friendly as well. She would answer any queries I had very punctually and would always keep me up to date with queries the buyer had.

Hannah also helped with finding a roofer when I had an issue with the roof what I appreciated.

Would like to thank Hannah for all her hard work and dogged determination in helping us with the sale of our mum's house. But most of all for her patience and kindness throughout. She is the star of Keighley Whitegates. Thanks so much x

Fantastic Service from all the team at Whitegates Keighley. Great listing, detailed floor plan on a big awkward property, very professional in their approach and delivery of service. Within a couple of days of the listing going up, we got viewings which was great as this was in an area where interest was low. Target was to sell withing 3 months, we agreed an offer within 2 months. Outstanding. In the process I got to know the branch manager Robert McCarthy, a very pleasant chap with a wealth of experience who will go the extra mile and is a workaholic!
I will be using Whitegates for all future property needs.

Hannah did a great job in keeping the transaction moving. I was kept informed throughout the process. Any questions I had of the vendor were quickly intercepted from the email box & answers were promptly received from Whitegates. I have no doubt any potential serious issues would be dealt with with the same alacrity.
The completion date went without a hitch. Staff at Keighley received me with warmth when I came for the keys.

Overall a good experience with whitegates, had a few issues with delays of people getting back in touch to start with once we had made our offer. However once handed over for Hannah to deal with us she was fab and assisted us with all our queries and a second viewing for the property quickly.

Hannah is brilliant, courteous, polite and professional.
The team as a whole have been great, can't praise them enough.

Efficient and courteous service. Less personal since Keighley franchise taken over by big estate agent, but nevertheless works well

Whitegates Keighley, have been looking after me as Landlord and ensuring my tenants' comforts, for many years now. I do think they handpick their staff so well for professionalism with the 'people' touch. My latest switch to a new tenant was so smooth and seamless with a great choice of tenant, thanks to Joe ( a new recruit who fits perfectly into their professional, friendly team).
