I used Whitehall Printing for a small last-minute (but important!) print job for a charity event I was organising. Ordered 500 A4 booklets. Quick turnaround and good quality end product. I would prefer not to have the booklets wrapped/batched in plastic - didn't know that would be the case as it was a first time order and will opt out in future. The only suggestion would be to share contact details with the courier company so that delivery notifications are sent.
