Excellent service
Excellent service. The delivery was slightly late but when I rang the customer service team to ask why, they were very polite and apologetic, and explained why. They kept me updated on the delivery time which eventually arrived on the same day.
The driver was very helpful, and all the bags arrived intact with on damage whatsoever.

Fantastic service from order to…
Fantastic service from order to delivery. Had to phone the office with an enquiry and the lady on the end of the phone was very helpful. WILL order again with no hesitation as the logs are perfect.

Very pleased
The premium hardwood inside the pallet is tightly packed and covered from rain and the pallet can be dismantled relatively easily with scissors and a hammer. Delivery was thoughtfully placed and the wood burns easily and lasts long. For the price there is a large quantity.
