White Mountain provide truly excellent customer service and expertise in Romanian property. I have used White Mountain for over a decade to manage my property in Brasov. Recently the staff helped me arrange a new poa via the Romanian consulate in Manchester. They arranged a translator, an appointment and the wording for the poa. All this gives me real peace of mind as a foreign property owner that my property is being well managed.

By miracle I found White Mountain Property who find me what I was looking for. I’ve had confusion about how my rental income was being allocated to me. I couldn’t find it anywhere. I had some one to one sessions with White Mountain, sometimes having more than one and senior management got involved. Eventually it was discovered that the rental amount was going into someone else’s account.
The error was swiftly corrected and all arrears were returned.
A new bank account was established for me to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Overall, I’m satisfied at the communication and the eventual outcome.
