OMG awful HUGE regret

OMG awful. Firstly the product had leaked everywhere so had to throw half away. Then I had no instructions so had to youtube it. I used the product and it burnt my mouth.

Then lets talk shipping cost a total of £50 including the bill Ive just had from FEDEX stay away!!!

BE WARNED! Worst Service I Have Ever Experienced. Extremely Disappointing, Especially for Such a "Popular" and "Fast-Growing" Brand.

My experience with Whitening Lightning (aka/now known as Gerard Cosmetics) was extremely, extremely unpleasant to say the least.

1. My order took over 2 months to ship out.

2. After almost a month of waiting, I sent Whitening Lightning an email asking when can I expect to receive a shipping confirmation. After 3 days, there was no reply. I sent the same email. They replied, telling me that my order is processing and they will let me know when it ships.

3. Still no news. After 1 month of waiting, I sent more emails to them. By this time I have sent over 6 emails and in ALL 6 or more emails, the content were the same: What is causing the delay and can I know when it will be shipped?
Not all my emails were replied to, causing me to send the SAME email multiple times.

4. One staff replied, and he was very, very rude. I stated in the email that their replies are slow and that I have waited for my order for almost a month. His reply: "I do recall exchanging a few emails but I do not recall the replies being slow". No "sorry", no nothing. Best part? My question about when I can expect my order to be shipped still not answered!!!! Even after 6 or more emails!!!!

5. Please also note that through out the many emails that I sent and the few replies I got from Whitening Lightning, NONE of the emails contained an apology and NONE of the emails replied to my question. NONE.

6. As a last resort, after experiencing very unprofessional customer service and waiting almost 2 months for my order to be shipped out and NEVER getting my question answered by the Whitening Lightning team, I sent them a private message on their Facebook page. They didn't reply my message on Facebook (what a surprise) but I received an email a day or so later telling me when my order will be shipped (FINALLY) and also an apology (FINALLY).

7. Received my order.
Note: I ordered many Color Your Smile lip glosses from them.
I swatched them all and noticed that the quality and even QUANTITY of the lipgloss was extremely inconsistent. Some of them seem like they're used, old and almost all used up and it is such a chore trying to get product out of the tube! While others seem fine, like brand new. VERY disappointing. Oh and I haven't even used one particular lip gloss more than a week and the built-in light has spoilt :') It doesn't light up most of the time. Once or twice, though, it lights up and I jump for joy when that happens.. -.-

Ordering from them again would be a nightmare.

Verdict: Horrible and unprofessional customer service. Unreliable. Products are inconsistent and very quality is very questionable.
