Excellent service, great communication

Please read this if you are considering using this Company. Its very easy to give a good review at the start of your journey as you are grateful for the loan however its when things don't go to plan that you can see what the company is really like. My personal experience is that they are glossy loan sharks. They misuse your data, they charge horrendous extra fees, they are not sorry if you are very sick and want proof of your cancer, they are not helpful, and this starts right from the top down. Thank you White Oak for making us bankrupt.
Please think twice and explore other options before committing to a loan.

Easy contact and good to deal with

I was dubious about using a lender that wasn’t a tier 1 bank after dealing with some companies who were very obviously using heavily a heavily scripted sales process that all felt a bit scammy and robotic. The people I dealt with at White Oak seemed professional and personable - sure the interest rates are a little spicy but that represents the risk they take. Hopefully the start of a mutually profitable relationship.
