This is a great swimming costume. Beautiful colours and design.Other people have already commented on it. Fits very well and very comfortable to wear swimming and outside of the pool. Only thing l'd want to also point out is that the material is thicker than sports costumes and therefore takes longer to dry. This doesn't matter for lots of use but if you want to use it every day for swimming, may make a difference in winter. But, a great swimming costume and glad l have it. Thank you

Lovely girl in store attended to me to pick up order. Tried t shirt on but not suitable. Exchanged for another boxy t shirt in store. Same girl very helpful, friendly and very professional. Full of smiles ( a rarity these days) which was so lovely.

She made my day and restored my faith in the kindness of humans especially today

Assistants were very helpful. I am very pleased with the Libby shirt that I bought. Lovely soft material, excellent fit. A quality product.

I used to buy a lot from Whitestuff but not quite as much nowadays.
What they do well:
Garments are really well made, wash well and last for years.
I love their quirky finishing touches.
Shop staff are always friendly, polite & helpful.
Online ordering is easy and delivery times tend to be quite fast.
I find the sizing good for me so my true size; a 16, generally fits really well.
I have recently bought 2 pairs of Whitestuff jeans, which I love because they fit well.
What they could improve:
The quality of some fabrications are questionable, in particular jumpers made from polyester or from mixes of fibres which pill really badly and don't wear well.
The prices are on the higher side, worth it for some items but definitely not for others.
Offers of a 20-25% reduction are welcome but are too infrequent.
Designs have become too samey and colours can be too dull & muted; I feel they need an injection of newness.

Package arrived quickly, just what I ordered and product fine. A bit disappointed that Whitestuff are still using plastics in their packaging. Apart from that all OK

I visited the Lincoln store yesterday and bought a couple of t-shirts. My size wasn’t available out the front in my preferred colour so I chose a different colour. As I was chatting with the lady serving I mentioned this and she said she’d check and there was one in my preferred colour and size out the back. Without the casual friendly chat I wouldn’t have known this and White Stuff will have still had a sale. So nice to be treated like a real person. Thank you.

Liked the dresses - bought one of the jersey shirt dresses which fitted perfectly and was nice material and design and a good length. The website is good to use and the deliver was swift. Very happy with the dress and will buy another now.

As always, White Stuff delivers good quality clothes in lovely styles and colours and the right size fits. It’s my 1st go to shop.

First time I’ve been to the outlet, certainly won’t be the last. Such a good choice of stock and outlet prices. Staff member who served me was very friendly. Very happy with today’s purchases.

My delivery failed to get to the drop of point that I chose whic I paid for I notified custome service regarding this they send the item again which arrived 4 days later at the same pick up point. I requested that my delivery be refunded which has been without any problem which I am very grateful for so hence 5 stars.
