A real scammers, to avoid,I've been using their apps for 3 or 4 years now. Recently, they deliberately sabotaged my apps to force me to pay them over $2000. This month, I paid my bill on December 28th, and now I have two apps suspended as of January 6th, along with attempts to make another payment. These Indian scammers should be avoided.

The Smarter customer service team is excellent. Emma Bella and Kashish Khurana always take good care of me. I offer tips, but they never accept. Keep up the good work.

My main contact is Emma, she is a great person to work with. She is very professional, and her knowledge about this business is top notch. I highly highly recommend this company. I've been working with Emma on many projects. I have had good experiences on all of it!! Give this company a shot, you won't regret it.

They changed the way to do business in OTT using their OTT Software Solution. it's been 2 years I am using their custom ott players , custom billing modules for ott panel etc.

Never use them again. Ordered their AbondonCart module, license don't work, support don't work, totally not working.

Claimed to upgrade us when new module arrive, then mentioned version incompatible when they worked with us with current version.

Horrible.

They provided excellent service! They went above and beyond!

We contacted WHMCS Smarters when we decided to build an app for our business. The experience was very professional and our questions were answered very promptly. Some minor functions with our app was correctly promptly and the finished product was amazing, thank you

WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS – SCAMMERS IN DISGUISE

If I could give zero stars, I would. These people are absolute frauds. I've spent over $1,000 with them on two separate modules — BOTH arrived broken. The first one took more than 3 weeks to get fixed, and even then, they had the nerve to ask for more money to fix THEIR OWN broken product. I refused, obviously.

Now the second module is also broken, and guess what? They’re back again, trying to squeeze more money out of me with a ridiculous price tag just to make it work — something I already paid for.

Their whole operation is a cash-grab scam. Instead of fixing what they sell, they’ll find any excuse to charge you more, upsell you some other half-baked product, or outright ignore your messages unless you’re handing them more cash.

I've had no choice but to shut down my entire site because of their incompetence and greed. Three weeks of downtime, zero accountability, and non-stop excuses.

These guys are not just unprofessional — they are crooks. Save your money. Save your time. Stay far, far away.

We been working with Whmcs for a year now. We have acquired several apps, including some tailored apps. everything has been great until now... Navneet is always contactable

Their product/add-ons are definately very good & needed in our industry but their customer service people (especially Navneet) are second to none! I approve WHMCS & truly recommend them.

I purchased a custom module for WHMCS in July 2024. It seemed easy to do: in Italy it is mandatory for some companies to charge a small fee above a certain total. They created this module, but it do not charge the fee on everything: in some invoices not, in others mor than one time... and NEVER in email notification messages. This is a job left half done!

The guy who had followed me in this project, Kashish, (and who had convinced me to do it) was very kind, however to "repair" THEIR shortcomings, he asked me for another payment, emphasizing that it was a small amount of money.
I personally do not recommend them, because the module they created for me is making mistakes in the calculations and this fact is too serious to remain silent.
Not recommended.

If you look up the definition of professionalism, helpful, and kind in the dictionary this company will be listed. I have never worked with nicer, kinder, and professional people as good as these guys are. I got the billing module for WHMCS that links up with my NXT-Dash and what used to take me hours now takes me…well basically nothing lol…it’s completely automated 99% of my business which means happier customers and a happier me! I wanted to demo it before I purchased it and they not only gave me the demo, they took the time (for free) to setup the module in my WHMCS. I used it for a day and immediately bought it, it’s absolutely incredible. They offer the module for almost any dashboard you have plus so much more! I’m getting the custom built website next. They even offer custom branded apps with your logo! This is seriously a one stop shop. I’ve never taken the time to leave a review before, but this company and those within it that helped me deserved my time. Work with them…you’ll never look back!

Emma was so paient and detailed . No matter what I asked for , she did it . I will continue our relationship because I know she will get it done.

Manik made my 2nd and 3rd app purchase a breeze. He is quick to answer my questions and very knowledgeable about the products.

Manik went above and beyond to sort out my issue in a matter of minutes. You can trust them with sensitive information (just make sure you are talking to someone official and not a fake from Telegram). It's great knowing you're not left alone to sort through these issues, someone like Manik is there alongside to help along the way.

Smarters came highly recommended by a few of my friends that use them. I initially reached out to them on a chat, my initial contact, Ratna was very quick to respond.

I then started communicating with Emma and a few others to help with billing software and a few other things to help streamline my new business venture.

I must say, Emma, my main contact is very knowledgeable and is fast to address my issues and concerns. I have no experience in this and really needed somebody to help me, Emma and the Smarters team was there for me.

At one point in time we had to bring on another individual, Prabhdeep who is also extremely knowledgeable and fast, he took care of some issues to get my platform up and running smoothly.

Without the help of Emma and her great team, I would probably still be struggling to figure this technology out. I would highly recommend Emma, as she’s very knowledgeable and can help you get your project up and running or your new business operating smoothly.

I highly recommend them and would use them again.
