Received only part of my order as some was out of stock!!!! Have been in dispute with them since November 2011. They as very unhelpfull with regards to my refund they owe my approx £40. I have told them many times and have been in contact with my bank. I can prove that they havn't refunded me (all a bit of a scam.) Wholesalejewellery365.com advised me to contact CS@sitecomplaint.... who have also ignored me and have discovered is also a SCAM

I bought US$215 from them last year. Sweetie bracelets and charms are not 925 silver, they are plated (they told me it is silver..). I wore mine for a month and the silver comes off. I then used silver dip to ensure it's not just dirty, and all the silver came off! If you have ordered, check your items. I reported them to Paypal but it was too late as reports have to be made wihtin 45 days. But they monitor them if there are other complaints. Please report to Paypal. I trusted them because of Paypal, beware, the items are not real silver.

The items i ordered took a week or 2 to arrive but it was expected with the distance it had to travel. I ordered about £100 worth of jewellery and everything was magnificent, I even have reason to believe that they are genuine also even thought they have shockingly low prices! Can't wait to make my Christmas order!!
