Wonderful product/Fast Shipping/Reasonable!
We needed a marble threshold for a shower install and forgot to order it in a timely manner to install before the glass measurement. When only ordering one piece, you are unable to order online from many places, often having a minimum order of 5. For just one piece, the price and shipping is astronomical. I finally found WholeTiles.com and was able to order just the one piece at an extremely reasonable price. I added a small note in the message section about why I needed it so quickly, and this company, without any extra cost to me (it was Free Shipping) had this piece on my doorstep in 3 days. I winged it on the color (Cappuccino - a creamy almond-cocoa-ish beige), but when it showed up, it was exactly what I needed and gorgeous. Had to follow up to get my product shipped
I called about a week after ordering to request shipping info, since none had been received. The person I spoke with said they would check on it and call me back in like 15 minutes. After an hour I called them back and was told it would ship that day. Seriously? Would I ever have gotten my product if I hadn't called? And where was the call back?
The grout itself was as promised, a bit dusty but just what I needed.
