Booked my appointment for a permanent bracelet as a treat during a quick and first-time trip to Paris. I arrived about 30 minutes early for my appointment, but was accommodated promptly. My tech was nice as can be and the options were gorgeous--it was hard to pick just one! Absolutely thrilled with how my piece turned out--highly recommend if you're looking for a unique (and gorgeous) souvenir in Paris.

Incredibly lovely staff who are very accommodating and provided a great experience. Very sentimental piece of jewelry for a first trip to Paris although unfortunately the charm fell off after only 6 days.

The experience was one of the best parts of our trip. Having come from England, me and my partner wanted something special for our anniversary. The permanent bracelets were perfect. The people were so welcoming and compared to England, such a reasonable price. Would definitely come back should we find ourselves in Paris again.

My teenage daughters and I came in to get permenant bracelets as both a souvenir of our trip and for my 50th birthday. The store had a good assortment of gold and silver options so it took us a little while to decide on a chain for everyone. They provided helpful feedback that the chains my daughters selected were more fragile and since we'd be going back to the US, we might want to choose a more sturdy chain since the jewelry store wouldn't be able to service the bracelet for us in case it broke. We ended up very happy with our selection and the two women who helped us were super nice and friendly.

I was searching for something I could take home from Paris to remember my trip. And I found this place. Service was awesome. Next time I am getting the chance I might get another bracelet. I was really happy and still am!

Don’t bother going to the store without an appointment. I had been following their Instagram and was ready to purchase multiple pieces to take home with me. I checked their open times to make sure that they would be open. They close from 2-3. I stopped by at 3:05 pm and the door was unlocked. Two girls were in the store who appeared to work there. The minute I opened the door they said that they were closed. I asked what time they opened and they said they were closed for the rest of the day even though google and their site stated otherwise. Really bad experience. I ended up buying my jewelry at another jewelry store in Paris.

My husband and I got matching permanent bracelets and had the best experience at Who We Are. The staff is so nice and the quality of the bracelets are amazing! We would recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable and unforgettable experience in Paris.

My necklace and earrings are beautiful and well packed. Everything went well and came to me in great shape, even though it was travelling from France to Slovakia
