I used WH Solicitors spouse document…
I used WH Solicitors spouse document checking service as I wanted to ensure that my final application which was ILR went through successfully without any problems. I did not want my application be delayed or be refused. I was under so much stress.I'm so relieved and happy that I used the service as WHS identified many mistakes in my application and there were some missing documents. Mr Hassan who reviewed my case gave me a report that told me what was okay, what was missing or was an issue. I also liked how he suggested what further documents or information that I should add. We didn't have much money to instruct WHS for them to do the whole case as we wanted a priority service from the home office for decision within 24 hours. My husband and my children wanted to go on holiday soon. Thank you to WHS for providing a valuable service. I would recommend others to go for thier full package but if you can't afford it or think you can do it by yourself then the documents checking service is a great service you should use. Now after our family holiday I will use whs for my citizenship application.

I was very worried and concerned about…
I was very worried and concerned about applying for my son's naturalization, until I spoke to Waleed at WH solicitors. He explained everything and answered my questions which put me at rest. Even though all my previous applications were handled by Waleed successfully I was naturally concerned as this case was involving my son, I was overwhelmed with happiness when my application came back as positive as this was a complex case. I was in a need of a reliable and…
I was in a need of a reliable and experienced solicitor who could help me apply for my Naturalization Citizenship as I was worried about certain aspects of my application. I searched and came across WH Solicitors as I read great reviews on all social review platforms such as Facebook, Trust pilot etc. Waleed assured me we could overcome my situation as he would write a strong representation to justify my reasonings. The whole procedure was very seamless. I was able to call or book an appointment using the online portal which was so handy and convenient. Waleed is a very kind hearted person but yet very professional and well clued on. Most of appointments were booked ether video or telephone which meant I did not have to travel therefore saved me fuel. If I had any question, I would email Waleed and in return I would get a very swift response. I was kept well informed of the stages of my application. I would defiantly recommend this firm for friends and family because the communication is so clear, Waleed explains everything and always assures me everything will be okay and on that note my application has been granted. I contacted WH Solicitors to apply for…
I contacted WH Solicitors to apply for a Spouse Visa. The reason I contacted Waleed is because I’ve known Waleed for over 10 ears now, when he used to work in another firm. My situation was complex but Waleed assured me my wife's application would go through and I have nothing to worry about. He contacted my accountant and made my accountant prepare report the way it should be, correcting them, when necessary, without input from me. The whole process of my application was seamless. The level of service your receive from Waleed and his team are on point. Considering everything was done remotely, and without the need to have a face-to-face meeting made the whole process a lot easier and saved me a lot of time. I live 40 to 50 miles away from his office, therefore, Waleed explaining to me things clearly made it easy for me to understand his instructions. He sent me everything by email regarding what documents I needed to send over to him, honestly, it made my life a lot easier. I also like to mention, whenever I wanted to speak to Waleed, his team would arrange that for me and book me in as soon as possible, I did not have to chase. Waleed also kept me informed of any updates we may have had from Home Office, which was really nice, again did not have to chase. If I ever had any trouble understanding something, I would always send a private message to Waleed on WhatsApp and Waleed or his team would always respond. My bundle was prepared well and copy was also sent to me which was really handy. Waleed, also informed me my application could take up to 3 months, and guess what he was right because the decision was made within 3 moths and now my wife is he with me right now. I went to collect my wife from Afghanistan and the situation turned for worse. I kept in contact with Waleed and he kept in touch me telling the best way to come to the UK with whatever he had. Honestly, speaking Waleed is such a trustworthy and knowledgeable person. I have already recommended friends and family who Waleed is also doing their application and would certainly recommend anyone who needs assistance in their immigration matter

Very nice experience with WH…
I applied for a Skilled Visa Application. I was on the search on google to find a good knowledgeable Immigration solicitor who would process my application. I was also recommended by a friend to use WH Solicitors as he also had a fantastic experience with Mr. Hassan. Mr. Hassan explained to me the requirements that needs to be met under the Immigration rule. Mr. Hassan clearly explained the process. I felt comfortable and confident and at that point I realized Mr. Hassan was very professional with his work and knew what he was doing. Considering everything was done remotely, the level of service provided by Mr. Hassan was above and beyond. We communicated by email, phone calls and WhatsApp messages. I work 40 hours a week and live in East London so not being able to have a face-to-face appointment did not concern me, in fact I preferred the video calls instead. It was a trouble-free experience. I have never chased for an update from Mr. Hassan as he would always send me a message informing me the updates on the progress of my application. My whole experience with Mr. Hassan has been a pleasant one and I would certainly recommend family and friends to use WH Solicitors.
