Wouldn't go near this company ever again!

Terrible company to purchase from - save your money!
I ordered 2 ninja hoodies and 2 tshirts - it took 2 weeks for part of the order to arrive (the t-shirts) - not bad timescale, however one of the tshorts sent was entirely wrong (literally a completely different character print) and I asked to exchange this, but they said I had to wait for the rest of the order to arrive. Rest of the order arrived after another 10 days, and let me tell you - the hoodies are 100% not as advertised. The website says they're fleecy and fleece-lined, they looks cosy and comfy and of a good quality on the website. In reality they are made from cheap, thin, not at all fleece-lined, in fact not lined at all, poor quality fabric. Almost like the fabric you'd find a fancy dress jacket or shirt to be made of.

I then attempted to get a refund for these not-as-advertised hoodies, to which nobody in the support line replied to my initial 2 emails, and by the time they did reply the 14 day refund window had lapsed. It seems like they waited for the refund window to close to reply. They then, very curtly just told me to 'look at our refund policy'. I've sent further emails to them and reported them to trading standards but have never seen the almost £40 refund.

Not trustworthy and their customer support is almost non-existent, and, as someone in a previous review has said, seems to be manned by a moody teenager, who has had no training in customer relations.

Customer Service is the worst

Customer Service is the worst

Website mentions 100% money back guaranteed within 14 days of delivery. I bought the items for someone and they didn't feel it fit correctly, so I wanted my money back to spend at a later date.
The email return back was : "we can change the size"
I said I still wanted to return the items and the only reply was: "But why, you did not get it?"
(If only there was an option to add pics / screenshots)

I absolutely did pay with my card and by the sounds of it, are refusing to allow me to return and refund my items

Avoid completely

Avoid unless you enjoy disappointment

I ordered three hoodies on the 7th of October, it is now the 22nd of October. In the dispatch email it states only two of the three hoodies have been sent. I have emailed the company and it honestly feels like the responses are from a stoppy teenager. I asked have all three been dispatched and the response was 'sure.' Avoid, they cannot confirm how many they have sent out, they cannot provide any tracking information, so what can they do? I have asked for a refund and I imagine this will be all too much for them too.

All three hoodies were delivered. Awful quality, absolutely no chance of these being 100% cotton or keeping you warm. Save your money. Diabolical company.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE. I wish I could show you the email thread because it's beyond ridiculous. They will take your money, send a sub par product, agree to deliver replacement but not follow through. They told me to go to small claims court to reclaim the money. You've been warned!

Not worth shopping here

I have ordered from Wichuw almost a month ago. The website tricked me to ad an extra item, however this isn't my biggest issue. The order still haven't arrived, and they never replied to my email for an update either. I'm in London, company based here as well. I don't understand why is there a delay. Of course, I should have know it's too good to be true by the Instagram posts.

Update: I have been contacted by the customer support, but it wasn't much help. Very unprofessional. Every email said: We sent you the tracking.

After more then a month the order arrived.
The jumpers were made really cheap. Smells horrible after wash too. Weird fit, short arms and small hood. Nothing like on the photos/videos. I can't be bothered to argue with them for a refund. Just DON'T SHOP WITH THEM. Can't recommend it.
