2 weeks later no item no response
I ordered 1 shirt from them last year, 2021 around September and within 1 week I received the shirt. This February, 2022, I bought another item 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. Emailed them 1 week after I bought item and got a generated response telling me to wait 14 days. Waited 14 days and still have not received my item or the tracking info. When I try and track the item it just says USPS is awaiting item? Idk how they're still up and running a business with how slow they are.
I loved my shirts
I loved my shirts! Very soft and creepy! I love wearing them in public so kids won't talk to me. I'm a bigger girl and I'm happy that they have sizes up to 3x. I waited 2 weeks for my delivery and my order was accurate. I will order from them again. I love their sale prices as well. $13 for cute shirts it's a deal.

Waiting for 2 months to hear back from customer service.
I have been waiting for almost two months to return an item. I have emailed several times and nobody seems to be working in customer service at this company. A simple Google search shows that thousands of other people are having this problem. Yet they continue to post on social media as if everything is fine at their company. They have a return policy but I can't return a product if I can't get a hold of anyone. It just feels dishonest.
Waiting time around 6 weeks USA to UK
I have ordered from them recently as I saw them being promoted on youtube. Was a bit anxious as everyone said their order failed to arrive. Mine arrived after 6 weeks. Keep in mind that I live in the UK and the order comes from the USA so all the border control and distribution needs to take place. I kept tracking the order using the universal parcel website as the link they provided did not work. The product quality is great as it is 100% cotton and the styles are cute and funny if you like goth humour. If you don't mind the wait especially if you are not in the USA, then it's a good company.
Valentine's Day Massacre
I placed an order on Jan.29,2022 and I got the canned "1-3 business days" Email.... I asked them about my order after 5 Business days...*I know from business days* and I got a RUDE 14 Days email. I will never buy from the company again. I have a case filed through PayPal. Good thing I went through them, and I don't appreciate the Valentine's Day Massacre for my husband's gifts. I should have read the reviews.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I’ve been waiting over 2 months for two items to ship. Have emailed them several times, with no reply, but they have time to keep promoting sales on social media? Tried to report them to the BBB, but they’re not even accredited with them? Am I ever going to receive anything or get my money back? Some people have even been waiting since BLACK FRIDAY for their stuff with no shipping updates or any communication.

If you forget you ordered stuff it’s a nice surprise
I looked at this site after placed my order and was quite concerned, and yes there is a substantial wait period- around a month or so so be prepared- however after receiving my first item I’m stoked. I got the mid/low dress and it is perfect, can’t wait to see what the other stuff turns out like. I reckon if the store gave more warning on wait times like wish does it would cause less confusion for customers, but it’s not a scam I swear!

I really wish I found this site before I made a purchase. Was really excited about my order, spent $200 and was expecting a shipping trace email 1-3 days like they said. It’s been a month and nothing, I gave it some time thinking maybe since they’re a small business and with all the trucking shortages for deliveries it wasn’t there fault. I emailed them and it’s been 3 days with still no response. I’m very upset. In the end I hope I still get the product eventually. All these bad reviews are scaring my about losing out on all the money I spent
Awful service
Only received half my order which was placed in November.
Contacted the company by email twice and have received no response. Tried their facebook messenger and can see they've read my message but still no response. Really frustrating, don't put yourselves through it.

UPDATE: After waiting since November for my order and virtually no communication from the company, I lost hope and decided to dispute the charge with my bank thinking I may have been scammed. Well a couple days after disputing, I received a notification that my order was being shipped, received tracking information and I finally received most of my order today February 15. There's still a couple things that will be shipping separately later. The quality seems good and seems to be true to size which is awesome. Their customer service and communication is severely lacking.
So here was the big issue:
It had appeared this company ghosted hundreds of paying customers as they were not responding to people's emails or DMs for a couple months. They were silent and people were still waiting for their orders from November and December with no updates and their questions/concerns were not being addressed. Additionally, people posted about similar issues on Wicked Clothes Facebook and Instagram, and many of those comments mysteriously vanished as if they had been deleted which just seems odd to me. I get Black Friday was particularly crazy and I think they got overwhelmed with orders and couldn't keep up. That being said, there is NO EXCUSE for not communicating with your customers or providing any updates for multiple months and leaving everyone in the dark for so long. When it comes to the merchandise I am quite happy, but the customer service/communication is downright awful and I really hope they put some effort into improving that.

If I could give this company no stars I would! I ordered back in the beginning of December and have not received anything. I have reached out through all the ways I can find(except a phone) because I can not find a number. I have only received automated emails back each time. This is the worst company I have dealt with ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I’m a repeat customer, but this is my last order with Wicked
I’m a repeat customer, but I ordered over a month ago and they haven’t responded to emails, DMs on their socials, or updated my order at all. If you check their socials, they’re putting up new sales and ads each day, but they’re filled with hundreds of customers asking for their product or their money back, because they’ve been radio-silent since thanksgiving. They’ve deleted posts with customers calling them out for not responding for returns or missing orders. Page transparency shows they spend 10k a month on marketing ads, but can’t afford a customer service rep to answer emails about missing orders? I won’t be ordering from Wicked ever again. This has completely ruined my faith in them. Still waiting on $200, or my order.

if i could leave 0 stars, i would. i’m completely convinced this is not a legitimate business. i ordered my brothers christmas present on november 23, and i was already thinking it might not arrive on time due to the holiday season, so i wasn’t upset at that point. however, i found out my relative ordered from them on december 12 and their order was delivered on december 16. i first tried contacting the company on december 20, just wondering if they had any updates. i got an automated response asking me to wait 7-10 business days for a response. so i waited until january 6 and still no one had gotten back to me. this past weekend i sent them ANOTHER message and STILL no one has gotten back to me. of course, they were able to take the money out of my account right away. their customer service is non-existent, and apparently so are their clothes, since it has been almost two full months since i ordered one shirt and have heard nothing about it or gotten any updates. save yourself the stress and avoid this “business.” i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Along with every other person who had issues with their clothing not arriving, or not getting any sort of customer service, I had the same problems! Finally, now that my clothes are here… I’ve washed one of the shirts for the first time and it’s already peeling pretty bad. Just avoid this company. They had some great designs, but they’ve really screwed themselves by providing garbage clothing and even crappier customer service! Totally over them.
