Seen this show many times - disappointing
Seen this show many times, took our children to see it last night and was very disappointed. Not the standard of performance we expected when paying for full price seats.

Wicked itself is amazing and is my all time favourite. Our experience after booking tickets through the official Wicked website has been awful. Ingresso (this is who you end up with if booking through the Wicked website) has been horrendous.
We booked tickets via the Wicked website for the tour production of Wicked in Edinburgh. We were unable to attend due to a bereavement on the morning of the show that we booked expensive seats for around a year ago. Ingresso who manage ticket sales via the Wicked website declined to help as we didn’t give 48 hour notice and cited the theatres terms.
Our relative may well still be alive if there had been 48 hours notice of the emergency that ended his life.
The theatre and group that own the theatre have confirmed that Ingresso absolutely could offer to help but have chosen not to. They confirmed that Ingresso have not contacted them regarding this and that other customers have contacted them due to similar issues with Ingresso before.
They have also confirmed that they would have been able to help if we had booked through them.
Again, this review is no reflection of the amazing show, but of the service provided as a result of booking through the official Wicked website. I didn’t know who Ingresso were before today but I will avoid them in future.
