Repair was completed in June. Looked great but the repair had blistered and failed by October. Contacted customer service via phone, email and contact us. No response, very disappointed

My review is for the service and technician who covers the Northampton and Oxford area, Craig.
Twice now we had curbed wheels repaired by Craig, and the quality of work has been exceptional.
The wheels looked perfect every time and remained so as time went on. A quality repair that lasts.
Furthermore, Craig is punctual and reliable, turns up as agreed, takes his time to do a great job, and responds to messages promptly to organise an appointment when you need a repair.

I highly recommend the Northampton / Oxford area Wicked Wheels repair service ran by Craig, and I will continue to use the service whenever we need wheel repair.

The work wasn't carried out to a satisfactory standard, I don't blame the technician, he was trying to make the best of a bad situation. WickedWheels' level of customer care wasn't acceptable, they were offered the opportunity to provide a partial refund but ignored it, I received a full refund after submitting a Section 75 claim. Sadly I cannot recommend their services.

Had good service from them once. Failed to turn up this time. Then said that they had left a message in my voicemail to cancel due to staff shortage I gave them the benefit of the doubt and re-booked. Did not turn up again. No response to my email and definitely no voicemail this time.

They offered me an appointment waited for which I waited for weeks. A few days before they told me they wouldn't be able to come to my area. Time wasters.

Excellent service, the engineer Craig did a fantastic job and my wheel looks good as new, just as promised. 100% would recommend

Via Email, Kate from customer service said they don't do call outs. They don't do call outs!? A MOBILE alloy wheel company. Didn't want the business.

Fantastic service, had all four of my Mercedes wheels resurfaced with new centre rounds and they look just great. Professional and helpful people. Would not hesitate to use again. Very pleased.

Technician did a great job, but had a faulty power cable which kept tripping out my house, this resulted in freezer full of food going to waste, called wicked wheels and they said my house, my responsibility nothing they can do, after care is terrible, will never use them again

Just had my black alloy refurbed, the guy was polite and very efficent about getting it done in no time at all. Alloy honestly looked spotless! Truly great work and would happily recommend these guys to anyone, great job 10/10.

Found them very efficient, from providing a quote to doing the actual job. Would certainly use them again .
