Brilliant friendly service. Made to feel important and also special. Kenny was simply first class . Fantastic person. True credit to Wicks . Nothing was an issue to him he really knew his products . More importantly knew what we would like and went beyond our expectations.

Was in store and needed help get gyroc off of the shelves, Kenny G went above and beyond to help me out, can’t thank him enough !

The designer Kenny used his experience to help solve all the challenges of the kitchen design and got us to where we needed to be with a good layout and in budget. The 3D virtual tour was useful to get a real feel of what the new kitchen would look like.

Very quick getting served ,and very helpful and Tricia always there to answer my queries about anything.

Liz M was so helpful, as always! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was so friendly. I always got to Wickes rather than B&Q etc because of the staff

Always staff to assist if required Kenny g is very helpful if the item your looking for isn't in stock he's always in checking the store happy to assist and service is great never any hassle at the checkouts ladies are very pleasant .

We recently had a new kitchen fitted and are absolutely delighted with it.
From the first time we met Martin Shaw in the Glasgow branch we could not have been happier. Martin made the whole experience effortless, he sorted everything we needed and was always available to answer our questions. A real pleasure. Then we had John and John to fit the kitchen. Outstanding workmanship and great guys also. Explaining everything to us as the job went on, faultless.

I was in Wickes today looking at some kitchens and ancillary products a young gentleman Scott Connor asked if he could help we were looking at kitchen options and Scott couldn’t have been more helpful this young man is a credit to himself and Also a credit to Your Organisation it would be really nice if he could be recognised for his very helpful and professional manner you should be proud to have an employee like Scott working for wickes also just to point out that I am a regular customer and any time I am in scott is always helpful and professional and is always smiling

I was looking to buy a new kitchen and went into the London Road store. I spoke to the kitchen designer Terry. She was very professional and took her time with me to find out what I was looking for. She was very helpful giving advice on what she thought worked and what didn't and also had lots of great ideas. I went to 3 different companies and the service we received from Terry was by far the best.

Had a fabulous guy called Kenny at the London road store helping me too get what I needed on Tuesday.

I was looking for a new kitchen and met Kenny at London Road Glasgow who has been very helpful in designing my kitchen. He had everything ready for the design appointment, there was a cupboard which I decided I wasn’t keen on, Kenny came up with a different idea and problem solved. Really pleased with design now! Looking forward to next step now.

Ordered floor tiles. They don't deliver to your door, so I cancelled the order. Foned the next day spoke to a guy who said he was assistant manager Connor Scott he told me he had put through my refund. 8 days later had to fone as no refund. He hadn't put it through, nearly £500. So lied to me. Customer service is a joke. Don't shop online at this store if you need to complain or ask for a refund

My experience today at the glasgow branch was very pleasant, Ashley on the tills was highly helpful and is a very nice and polite young lady, highly recommend.

My experience of getting new kitchen from Wickes has been amazing!

My design consultant was Daryn at Wickes Glasgow who was absolutely brilliant. He really listened to what I wanted and worked through the design with me. He never seemed to tire of my endless questions. He even went the extra mile and came out to carry in some flooring into the house for me after it was left on the doorstep.

Wickes overall has really good arrangements in place so that all your kitchen project needs are covered and you have a single contact to guide you through the whole process.

The kitchen fitters (Laurie and William) are absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, hard working, polite and excellent joiners. Their attention to detail and determination to get your kitchen perfect is truly impressive.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daryn, Laurie, William or Wickes Glasgow to anyone planning a new kitchen. I've never done this before and they have made the experience so positive I can't say enough good things about them.

Bathroom installation
Sales experience great. Wickes experience service poor. No follow up on anything. Only communication was when I contacted then. Order incomplete when delivered. Installer moved on to another job. Waited 6 weeks before job was completed. Shower door alignment out. Notified installer who was meant to come back after Christmas. Still waiting to hear from him. Then notified Wickes Experience person who said they had connected installer. Heard nothing, followed up again and still nothing. Applauding post sales service. Seems not interested after sale has been done.

Daryn was super helpful in explaining the different options and costs involved for updating our kitchen.

Booked a design appointment twice. Requested an online design and was told yes. My in person was cancelled both times. Both ignored me after despite me texting and emailing. Guess Wickes Glasgow isn't interested in selling kitchens. If they're like this at the start, God knows what crappy service you'll receive if something went wrong. Will go elsewhere

You have not requested further details through Trustpilot. Clearly you are not interested when you lie saying you have requested details. But as long as you try and make yourself look better huh? I have booked a design appointment elsewhere. I'm not giving thousands of pounds to a company that ignores me. If you want money, in future, don't be ignorant

Just had a new kitchen completed by Wickes Glasgow. Absolutely delighted. Emma the Design Consultant was brilliant. She listened and did not pressurise in any way. Extremely calm and competent in advising about design and finance. Laurie and William, the Fitters were a pleasure to work with, explaining their work before they started each day.
Exactly to timescale. There is another team in the background checking progress and it was evident that there was really good communication between them and plumbing and electrician are coordinated.
Had a bathroom fitted by Wickes a number of years ago so was happy to go
back for my new kitchen and have no
hesitation in recommending them.
