I bought this not knowing which courier would be used. It turned out to be Royal Mail which I have always found dependable. Had I known that, I would not have thought it necessary to pay for additional protection. Nonetheless, the package duly arrived and it offers some peace of mind to know that, had there been any problem, it would have been covered.

Why doesn't Wide Fit include insurance with delivery? This usual, even when delivery is free.

Footbed could be softer for summer wear. Unfortunately I still haven’t got sizing quite right but that’s my fault not yours.

The product was sent in a new, clean, undented box. Inner wrapping was perfect, and even my mother, who is very picky about the intial presentation, was pleased with the packaging.
